CVS Health in Phoenix is dedicated to helping customers manage their health conveniently. Open seven days a week, the store offers a range of services, including prescription refills, COVID-19 and flu tests, and various personal care items. Customers can also join the ExtraCare® program for personalized deals and earn rewards. However, some customers have reported issues with the pharmacy not accepting GoodRX and difficulties with phone communication. While the staff is often described as friendly and pleasant, the location has raised safety concerns due to signs of vandalism and break-ins in the parking lot. Additionally, some customers noted that the store's hours for medication pickup could be misleading, and there was confusion about the entrance and exit design. Despite these challenges, shoppers have found enjoyable items, such as holiday decorations, and appreciated the care taken by cashiers with their purchases. Overall, this CVS location provides valuable services, though it may need improvements in safety and communication.
Worst store in the history of stores. Everything is locked up now and when you ask to have anything opened, there is a group of women who stare at you evil while you are trying to make your purchase. CVS will most definitely lose a lot of money and customers doing this. Shame on them. Never again.
