Called early on a Saturday morning to inquire about plumbing parts...a recording said all reps were busy and to leave a message and phone # and a rep would return the call. No call so I called l and left a 2nd msg.... And no call at all thru noon when they closed... I guess they do not care about treating their customers... read full comment

I’ve never been so ripped off in my life. I know companies need to make a profit but to literally charge $36 for a valve that I can get at any Home Depot, Lowe’s, Ace, or even walmart for $15 is just theft. People work hard for their money and I don’t appreciate your legally stealing from me. NEVER AGAIN
