“I cannot express enough my gratitude for everyone at the Mayo Clinic. My Mom is 63 & started having difficulty walking in April. By August she was completely immobile. We took her to doctor after doctor with no answers or misdiagnosis. The short term care facility she was at before being transferred to the Mayo Clinic did not care for her properly, she had blood clots in her legs & lungs. Thankfully the Mayo Clinic admitted her & we finally have a diagnosis of ALS. The care my Mom has received has been exceptional. I have tears in my eyes as I type this. I don’t have or worry about her when I’m not there, the doctors, nurses, CNA’s, social workers… everyone has been so good to her & my family. They are trying to get her placed in a long term care facility but of course because of insurance & availability we have having trouble finding a place. The doctors assured her she would not be discharged until she is placed and they are making every effort to help us get her placed. Thank you for treating my Mom & family so well, I am forever grateful to the Mayo Colonic staff in Phoenix.”
“I called another urgent care and the wait was going to be at least an hour or more, they couldn't actually pin point how long the wait would be. I called Evernorth and asked for a wait time, and the answer was zero minutes. They were right, except for filling out the required paperwork I was seen right away, and my problem was solved in a bit. Highly recommended for those Midtown.”

This one, though private and not operated by Sonora Quest is highly rated and I know why - I walked in this morning at about 8:40, was greeted immediately in a professional manner, within 15 minutes I was out the door after a painless blood draw. “CCL draws my mom's labs at home and provides the results to the ordering Physician. This is extreme helpful as it's difficult for my mom to get to a lab. The phlebotomist Kelsie calls her the night before, coordinates a time, let's her know if she needs to be fasting or any pertinent instructions. Kelsie is super professional, timely, and caring!”
“I usually don't review medical facilities or pharmacies. This whole place is awesome. The physicians have all been wonderful, and the pharmacy has been amazing. Other places have made me feel like a criminal when I get a medicine, or need it early. Min ( I believe her name is ) and her pharmacy staff are wonderful. While the hours can be a challenge, I was running extremely late tonight,and needed my diabetes medication. They not only answered after 5, but made arrangements for me to get what I needed, and have me pay on Monday after they open back up. A++++5 plus stars ? ? ?”

“I took my husband here after he had diarrhea for 10 days. He saw a physician after 5 days but their remedy did not work. Mayo staff were skilled and efficient getting his dehydration condition zeroed in on immediately. Their immediate care saved him from getting into a much more serious health condition. I can’t say enough about their caring and effective staff!!”
