Close to work, close to groceries, night life, restaurants, very safe. The staff are kind and helpful with whatever you need.

Frickin awesome hotel. All kinds of cool relics on display in the lobby (not the staff). Staff is wonderful. Helpful and knowledgeable about everything going on. Will definitely be going back.
