Try to get a notary and the staff are so unprofessional, staff sit on the counter while told me "we just told you, we don't do that." When I ask if they do notary

I delivered a package, it was assigned a tracking number, but never scanned into the UPS system...and now my package is most likely unrecoverable.

Do not go to this UPS store. The employees are rude and they always have long lines because they are short staffed. I made an appointment for a notary, showed up at my scheduled time and was told there was no notary there. No empathy or apology given, just basically told that I need to go somewhere else.
