5 stars because this particular associate doesn’t take any BS and she shouldn’t have to. Guy clogging up the line because he is having packages shipped to a username and can’t verify it’s his account otherwise. So, FYI - don’t come here and expect them to bend the rules for you.

Really good customer service at this location. Brad was very helpful, fast, and friendly. Best experience at a United States Postal Service office I’ve had.
