“Only complaint is the windshield washing buckets are often empty early in the morning. Luckily I drive a water truck and fill a couple. I let them know and their response is "we'll get to it when we have someone available" as their usually understaffed imo.”

“My husband and I always appreciate Maverick especially when compared to other convenient stores however we noticed this store has a low rating and we can see why. The staff is just not outstanding like other locations. We noticed there is only one picnic table outside and it’s regularly occupied by Maverick employees on a smoking break so we didn’t have the opportunity to sit there when we’ve stopped and purchased food. It seems that there would be a designated place where employees can take their breaks without interrupting the customers experience.”

“Great prices (and I've done some comparison Rx shopping), fast service in filling my Rxs, kind and courteous customer service. I also get my vaccinations at this CVS location. Even though I drop-in, the wait is only a couple of minutes. Great customer service here, too. My questions are answered and no pain with the injections - yay! And the store team members are also very helpful. This CVS store is a wonderful place to fill prescriptions, get vaccines, and shop for a wide variety of health products, beauty supplies, snacks, gifts, etc.”

Thanks to Julie in the pharmacy for incredible service and helping me save money!
Most of my experience is with pharmacy and during covid, I usually use the drive through. Yesterday, a wonderful young woman was in the drive through and I'm sorry I do not remember her name (June 15, 945am).
She was incredibly patient and kind to a couple who were not very understanding or kind about the copay they were being asked for. This employee never got frustrated or short with them as they yelled at her.
She was then very kind and patient with me with my new prescriptions.
Customer service is not easy and she does very well with a busy drive through with grumpy overheated customers.
Please try to let her know she is appreciated by her customers”
“The lady who helped me today Robyn is a testimony of great customer service and that there's never a reason to not get up and go at life. Employees like her are hard to find and harder to keep these days. Just as she recognizes customer needs I hope the company and district leaders recognize hers and her work ethic and reward her with a chair so she can comfortably perform her job duties or take a break when she needs to. Employees like her are the reason people will continue to come back to Walgreens instead of "the other one"”

“Went here at 2am and it was open. VERY clean bathrooms and they were cleaning the floor. Felt bad walking on it. Also is next to Dignity Health in case you need to make a convenient stop. Went here because the Shell has such hilarious but bad reviews. Anyways it even has a freal shake machine my favorite.”
