“Brought a Gretsch guitar in for a pickup swap. Kurt was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of the process. He also gave suggestions on a few things that could use tweaking. The job was done in two days. When I pick the guitar up, Kurt explained everything that was done and even opened the back panel of the guitar to show me his soldering work. This definitely is a person I can trust with my guitars. Judging by his vast experience as both an instructor and luthier, I would definitely recommend him for any stringed instrument service!”

“Have to give a shout out to two outstanding employees at your store , JJ and Lou did an amazing job! As we were in town for the Drag Boat Nationals out at Wild Horse Motorsports Park in Chandler and urgently needed a combination of batteries. They researched to come of with replacements , called different stores and went beyond . Most people just say sorry we can't help you after one or two look ups. Not these guys! They had a determination approach in making sure we got what we needed and went way beyond to get us back in the race last Saturday. Thanks Guys!”
