“Brought my phone in to have it looked at for a bad speaker. They took the phone to the back, did some testing on it, brought it back out, and said nothing wrong with the speaker/phone. Could be a carrier or a reception issue since I travel all over so that’s very possible and when he handed the phone back no charge. How nice is that. Thank you very much ubreakifix. !”
“Brought a Gretsch guitar in for a pickup swap. Kurt was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of the process. He also gave suggestions on a few things that could use tweaking. The job was done in two days. When I pick the guitar up, Kurt explained everything that was done and even opened the back panel of the guitar to show me his soldering work. This definitely is a person I can trust with my guitars. Judging by his vast experience as both an instructor and luthier, I would definitely recommend him for any stringed instrument service!”
“Very helpful and knowledgeable people at this location. Typically use the store to replace my car fob batteries and appreciate the free replacements once you get your first battery replaced for a fob. Preston verified that the fob battery was running low using equipment in the store..this was very helpful since my car's central locking mechanism is a bit flaky and going to be repaired.”
“John was great, and super helpful, but I had to take off a whole day b/c the window was 8:00 - 5:00. John showed up at almost 5:00. A 9-hour window is ridiculous! As it ends up I would not have had to take a day off.”
