“Took my car into Collision Works after getting quotes from two nearby body shops, both of which quoted me extreme prices for damage that seemed minimal. Collision Works gave me two quotes at varying price points and thoroughly explained the repair process and the thought behind these quotes. I felt like the team really cared about me and wanted me to be happy both with the repairs and with the cost. After I dropped my car off, they communicated with me constantly and updated me throughout the process of getting the repairs done. My car looks as good as new for a fraction of the price I was quoted at other body shops! Thank you, Collision Works!!”
“I have been going to this AutoZone for the past four years, and have received amazing service every time. However, this time I was lucky enough to get Mara for my battery change. Mara was so friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, if you’re in San Tan Valley and you are able to get her help on your car you absolutely should! Thank you again Mara for being so awesome!”
“Call me a last minute kinda person; sorry, I’m that guy. Regardless, Melissa and her tire team got me in and knocked out the job.
I greatly appreciate their speed, efficiency, and the professional courtesy regardless of me coming after checkin cutoff.
There’s a reason I come to Walmart for all my service needs: I get great customer service, and they walk me through the info I need to know as I’m not a mechanic.
Thank you Team Melissa.
I’ll be back at next service call.
Dustin”

“It is sooooo good to see good old fashioned customer service. I needed to swap out a battery today at San tan valley automotive and Chase Woodward not only did it but went above and beyond by cleaning everything and just making sure it was perfect!! Yall have a true asset in Chade!!!”
