“They went above and beyond expectations! We were trying to find a blade lock nut for a Cub Cadet riding lawn mower. They actually went out to one of their existing similar lawn mowers and took off a nut so they could try to find it in the store. They ended up finding one that came with a kit and just took it out of the kit. They spent a good half hour or more on us. Amazing service! The best service I have received for years!”

“I would like to give a big thank you to Tom and Jayden in the tool rental department. I bought a lawn mower from their store about a year ago. Dew to health issues I was only able to use it about 10 times. It sat in the garage for about a year. Able to do my lawn now I tried to use it but it wouldn't start. Tom and Jayden walked me through getting it started. Turns out the carborater needed replaced. They showed me step by step on how to replace it. It runs like a champ now.
