“Today went looking for horse treats. My horses love the carrot and spice. Unfortunately they were out and we got carrot treats. They are ok but not loved. Not really Shoppers fault, but I was disappointed with product options.”
“This review is long overdue, but I’ve had every intention of recognizing Madison for the exceptional service she provided at Ace Hardware.
I came in with an idea for a bird feeder project, and Madison went above and beyond to help bring my vision to life. She took the time to understand what I was trying to build, helped me find the right materials, and offered helpful suggestions along the way.
Madison was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed with my project. Her outstanding customer service turned what could have been a complicated task into an enjoyable experience.
Thank you, Madison, for all your help. Ace Hardware is fortunate to have someone as dedicated and customer-focused as you on their team.”
“Complete Spray Systems has always been there for me. I've been coming here for paint machine grinders, parts, spray tips, and even in-between for the past 10 years. I was recently transferred to Texas, and I still reach out to them whenever I need parts because I know I can count on them.
I highly recommend Complete Spray Systems for paint machines, replacement parts, and just about anything Titan or Graco offers. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, their customer service is outstanding, and they're always willing to help.
Top-tier company. I hope this review helps anyone looking for a reliable supplier.”
“They had what I needed. It was a fair price and easy in and easy out. Not retail sales outfit that spends time up selling you. As a commercial cleaner, I know what I need, and don’t need someone following me round.”
“With the recent issues with the big box stores not being able to retain knowledgeable people and stocking garbage, it's nice to find what I need and someone who really knows his stuff. Thanks Mitch!”
“Sharon from your Val Vista/Ray location went above and beyond just helping me. I had just had my house painted and was unhappy with the outcome. Sharon and I sat and chose a few colors that might have looked better. One of the colors was perfect. She also gave me contact information for a professional cabinet painter. Jose Gonzales was at my house the following day. Both Sharon and Jose have been very helpful getting my home back to something I’m proud of. I’m so grateful. A million thank you’s ❤
Susan Enos”
“Always friendly and helpful - these folks are why this is the first place I look for anything I need. Other than lumber, I can get just about everything I need here. Every time I've needed help, I've gotten exactly what I needed. I wish I could buy EVERYTHING here!”
“Good location. Best rebar yard I've seen in awhile. The customer service is Professional. Even while the yard was busy they were organized and kept the trucks flowing out.”
“I just purchased an entire house full of kitchen and bathroom hardware from AZ Hardware. Rebecca was a joy to work with. She was knowledgeable and made the process enjoyable. The hardware looked beautiful after it was installed. I would recommend going here for all your hardware needs.”
“Plenty of parking outside, with accessible spots. There are plants outdoors, and there's an entrance from the street, or you can walk in from Home Depot and there's another side entrance by the far right. The garden was well-maintained and they have a nice selection of poinsettia for the holidays. They also had fertilizers, soil, etc. As you walk further in, they had other plant variety as well, accompanied by helpful signs. Everything was easy to find.”
“Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I searched high and low for a new attic exhaust fan and they were the only place that had one. I would highly recommend Grainger.”
“Devonte and manager, Brooke, from the Warner and Val Vista location went above and beyond to help me. I was very impressed with their outstanding customer service!”
“Our refrigerator failed when we were away, not a pretty site when we got home. We needed a refrigerator quickly and Lisa was very helpful and understanding of our situation and got us our chosen model delivered the next day.”
“I just went in and received THE BEST customer service from the sweetest lady named Mary. Not only did she greet me with a smile, but then she went to offer help when she saw me looking lost (because I was.) She not only helped me find the item I was looking for that was on clearance, she also helped me check the item because the box was in crazy bad condition and she also taped the box back up! She was SO friendly, helpful and I’m so appreciative!”

“I'm located in the neighborhood and I'm always impressed when I drop in and need something. Anything from ammo, tools, Christmas lights and even bbq stuff they have it all. It would be amazing to expand their firearm accessories and perhaps even accept FFL transfers. Either way, too notch service 👌 and Tanner is awesome!”
