“Wow! What great service. I called to see if they could replace the lower rollers on my sliding patio door screen. I was placed on hold and the call was transferred. No one picked up. As a last ditch effort I sent an email. Imagine my surprise when I received an immediate reply. I was put in touch with the store manager. She resolved the issue quickly. “Rebecca is awesome. Knows the product very well. The selection is great. When the homebuilder let us down, I started looking around for what we wanted. Led me to Arizona Hardware. Rebecca offered to help me find what I was looking for. Pointed out what sizes we would want to use. The builder didn't mention that. All things happen for a reason. If you're looking for door hardware, you would be doing yourself an injustice if you didn't look here. I don't write many reviews. My expectation is very high when I'm giving someone my money. Most don't qualify for my time or review. I just don't go back.”

“New Graco TC PRO paint gun was spitting out of the box. I went to Complete Spray Systems for help think I had a bad tip. Explained my problem to the fine ladies at the counter and they brought a tech out from the shop. Explained my problems and he diagnosed it immediately. Gave my gun to them and was fixed next day. Sprays like a champ. Great job, great customer service and the BEST results! Thank you so much for all of the help and solving my problem!”

“I just arrived home from Home Depot (1740 S. Country Club Drive) and had the pleasure of experiencing gratitude towards the staff. Alexia had a cart so full of goodies that I thought it was a holiday, because the cart was decorated so brightly The store was not too busy, so staff was able to enjoy the goodies of water, juices, candy, and so many other snacks I could not name everything. Everyone was smiling (me too - I was offered a snack, but it was for the staff - but thank you). Not sure who had this idea, but it made for a great day for staff and customers to see such happines”

I was very late with my Christmas preparations, but a wonderful employee named Karen put in a lot of extra effort to help me find what I needed. There have been many others like her there who have also been absolutely great. Aside from that, I like that they have an enormous inventory along with a nice selection of clearance items where I've picked up some solid bargains.”

“Wes (Lighting/Fan section) went truly above and beyond. We were completely lost on a simple project and didn’t want to ask for help because the store was packed. Most places the staff purposely avoids eye contact. Wes came up and asked us if we needed help and then proceeded to help us for ten minutes while we fumbled through details of what we needed. The second we were done he immediately helped another couple find what they needed. Thank you!”

“The person who answered the phone was able to find the capacitor I needed and direct me to the nearest location it was available. It was waiting for me when I got there and I was on my way home with the new capacitor in just a few minutes. The woman working the counter was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable about capacitors. The new part is installed and the heat pump is again heating the house. Thanks Grainger.”
