Explained my problem to the fine ladies at the counter and they brought a tech out from the shop. Explained my problems and he diagnosed it immediately. Gave my gun to them and was fixed next day. “I just arrived home from Home Depot (1740 S. Country Club Drive) and had the pleasure of experiencing gratitude towards the staff. Alexia had a cart so full of goodies that I thought it was a holiday, because the cart was decorated so brightly The store was not too busy, so staff was able to enjoy the goodies of water, juices, candy, and so many other snacks I could not name everything. Everyone was smiling (me too - I was offered a snack, but it was for the staff - but thank you). Not sure who had this idea, but it made for a great day for staff and customers to see such happines”
“The Compression Valve in my Kohler shower failed. Had to turn off the house valve to stop it. Failed part was easy enough to determine. Google search showed it available for shipping from lots of places - but simply not in stock. Even made a couple phone calls.Grainger won the "Expected delivery by" match with a 1/5 delivery. Opposed to Prime, etc. with a 1/12 soonest delivery.And Grainger's price was competitive....as long as it arrives by 1/6...I got a notification it shipped early! What? What! Grainger shipped it before the end of day? Within hours.I got it this morning on 1/4!And it was the correct part!I easily replaced the part and now have my water back.What would have been a $615 repair w/no guarantee it would be fixed w/in 24hrs, was now a $61 fix with only a day and a half of minor inconvenience. Thank you Grainger for such a fast fulfillment!”
“3 weeks ago we went to Home Depot in Gilbert to buy some necessities for our garden plants. It was our lucky day because Ray, the Home Depot garden specialist, happened to be there. He took time to teach us what plants to choose, what soil and pots, fertilizer.... etc,. And the whole lesson on how to grow successful flower garden. We can't be more grateful to him. “Nice place always fun but I end up spending too much because you can find almost everything you need for anything most people do to homes, cars, boats, trailers, .. etc. I look for Home Depot’s when I have time on my hands waiting around for someone or something and still can’t walk out without spending $$. Bottom line don’t go in there with your wallet if you only want to kick tires. You may find yourself fixing that sink it has the garbage disposal that only works some of the times for painting the room that your girlfriend or wife has been on you for the last year so prepare yourself is all I’m saying.”

“They went above and beyond expectations! We were trying to find a blade lock nut for a Cub Cadet riding lawn mower. They actually went out to one of their existing similar lawn mowers and took off a nut so they could try to find it in the store. They ended up finding one that came with a kit and just took it out of the kit. They spent a good half hour or more on us. Amazing service! The best service I have received for years!”
