“f you're a business owner you're out there you're probably looking for a banker who is not only going to guide you through the process, but also be responsive, informative, and creative to the challenges that come with lending. I was convinced that such a banker didn't exist, until I met Noah from Sunflower. The service I receive from Noah has been unbelievable compared to the other 4 banks I've had relationships with in the past. In the last year Noah has executed multiple transactions for me and my businesses and I can honestly say I spend about 1-2 hours per transaction filling out docs. Anything that Noah could do without new information from me he handled himself. Heck, we're closing on an equipment purchase here soon with a vendor that doesn't accept wire's and he's offering to run the check down to the vendor himself! “Just closed on a VA refinance with Federal Savings Bank. Steve Knutson was our banker and was personable, knowledgable. and communicative throughout the entire process. We had a slight delay, but that was more an issue with our prior lender. Clear to close in less than 45 days. Best rate around (2.25 for a 30yr with less than .25pt fee), the major lenders couldn't come close when I shopped around. Great experience. Would highly recommend reaching out.”
“I have just recently become a new customer at BMO Harris Bank at 21911 N, Scottsdale Road where I've invested a large sum of money in their 12 - month CD which, in mid-January 2023, is earning a robust 4.5%. The branch manager, Carl Spencer, displayed a level of customer service that I thought to be lost to the ravages of the post-Covid 20-something crowd. “I first joined Credit Union West when it was Luke Federal Credit Union and it was on Luke Air Force Base and was for Federal Employees only. That was back in 1971-72 when I first came home from VietNam and I bought my first car through them, a 1969 Roadrunner. I have had some money difficulties throughout the years and had to drop CUW but as you see I keep coming back. Through the years they have moved from a little wooden building on Luke Air Force Base to Offices throughout the Phoenix Area. Whenever I need anything I go to Kierland and speak with Victoria who is very knowledgeable of the CUW policies and she without a doubt has personal interest in her everyday dealings with the public. “MidFirst Bank at NE corner of Scottsdale & Shea is a fantastic neighborhood branch—clean, efficient, and incredibly welcoming. They open at 9:00AM, which works well, but I do wish they started even earlier, I would like to see them open at 8:00AM, to help those of us who like to get an early start.
One unique thing about this location: it offers a coin counter, which is great for kids and families looking to cash in loose change, and they’re even open on Saturdays for added convenience. Their notary service here is also a lifesaver when you need official documents handled quickly.
