“Had a rental from this branch a few weeks ago. The first car we were given developed a flat tyre within a few hours, but we took it back and were out the door with a replacement in less than 15 minutes.
The replacement car unfortunately had a few warning lights come on over the weekend, which was frustrating, although this was nothing to do with the branch itself. I reported the issues at the end of the rental and was given a 50% refund, which was a very fair resolution.
The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient throughout. I’m only giving four stars because of the warning lights with the replacement car, definitely not because of the branch or its staff!”

“Mike is very friendly and our car was clean and well kept. He also had cars on Memorial Day weekend when the airport retailers had over-sold rentals and couldn't honor already paid for rental comittments. Would highly recommend anyone use his business!”

“I wish I could remember the gentleman's name who helped me with the rental and the return (nice looking guy with a mustache & beard) last week, as he was SO nice, helpful, kind and a gentleman - even helping me put my luggage in the trunk! I got a GREAT rental car - brand new, super clean - and he had me in and out both times within minutes - all with a smile on his face! I loved the whole experience! “I used the Lyft app to rent a car and though my experience with Lyft has been awful my experience with this company and their employees has been absolutely stunning. Their team is professional and considerate and understanding, and I appreciate them working with me when I’ve had issues getting my Lyft Driver app to work. They were able to work on solving my issue in under 10 minutes when it took Lyft almost a week. If I could do 10 stars, I would.”

He should do the training for all of Hertz. I was in and out within 2 minutes.”
“I had an excellent experience with Hertz Gold Plus Rewards. When I arrived, the representative had already printed and prepared my rental agreement, which made the pickup incredibly quick and convenient. I simply scanned my driver’s license, confirmed my pyment method, received the pre-printed agreement and keys, and was on my way in honestly about 2 minutes. It was the fastest rental pick up i have ever had!
I really appreciated that everything was prepared in advance and that there was no unnecessary waiting or paperwork at the counter. This is exactly the kind of seamless experience I was hoping for with Hertz Gold Plus Rewards.”
