Excessive delays in the pharmacy, in terms of getting either service or prescriptions filled. This has been a long-term problem. I feel they are understaffed and have remained so for quite some time.

They take forever to fill prescriptions. They say sorry we are backed up and they don’t answer the phone. Worst of all they were talking about how “cvs is killing them” and “customers who demand their prescriptions now” right in front of customers who are waiting for their prescription. Talk about unprofessionalism!
