“I have never experienced a more gracious, accommodating business interaction. I was warmly greeted on entering the store a month ago. Back in my home state but remembering a cowhide stool I saw amidst beautiful rugs, I reached out by phone-- and was offered free delivery of the stool for a birthday gift, after first sending pictures and measurements and helping affirm my decision -- all very pleasantly and without pressure. I only wish I needed a beautiful rug since I know for certain I would buy it from Baluchi Rug Gallery. Thank you so much, Hamza and your father !”

“This the second time I've used Closet & Storage Concepts because their designs are high quality when compared to others that I also had quote each project. Chad is meticulous and has an excellent eye for optimizing the space, taking time to better understand how you intent to use it. Their materials are very high quality, and their installers are equally meticulous ensuring that every last detail is exceptional. I had all of my closets and laundry room done this time and it's a gamechanger in how much more functional each space is. There is several weeks before installation as they custom order each piece, but well worth it if you're looking for quality.”

“I have been shopping at these stores (I've visited the Sedona, Flagstaff, and Scottsdale locations) for the past 4 years and have a very large collection of their items. I find the quality of these items across all stores to be amazing as long as you know how to take care of them correctly (ie. Delicate cycle, line dry). None of my items have shrunk, faded, or torn.The photos show only a small amount of items I own and my most recent purchase. Yes they are pricey but they are good quality and have held up over multiple washes. If you love light, flowey, and boho style this is definitely the store for you. Every piece of clothing is a little different on material thickness. I have some pants that are very thin but with the pattern on them nothing is noticeable and I have some pants that are very thick. They also recycle their own material. So anything not sold they will cut up and remake into a new piece of clothing (ie. Pants into a shirt). Love every location I have been too and every sale rep has been very kind and helpful.”

“This was my second time stopping - the first time was just a pit-stop because I had some errands to do. I knew I'd return soon due to the great merchandise and excellent customer service. I visited dandelion today and couldn't pull myself out of the store! You'll love the quality crafted jewelry and other hand-made items for sure. It's not a large place but the inventory is large and varied. And you'll also love the clothes: unique items with style, flavor and fun. I spent hours there today and was attentended to by Lisa, the owner. Her help was the perfect blend of help and ideas. Not pushy. “In beautiful old downtown Scottsdale is a furniture slash gallery retail store with a beautiful collection of timeless pieces. I met Christin Ortiz whom gave me a story of how they got into business and the connections of various artist from the western plains from photography, paintings and sculptures as well as buffalo leather furniture. I decided on a photography piece by Robert Dawson. It is a numbered limited piece in a gorgeous textured frame with a complete certificate of authenticity. It is a striking and gorgeous piece that compliments my space beautifully.The owner is fantastic. He personally comes to your home and installs your purchased piece to best catch the character or space of the room.”

“I traveled from overseas to visit a friend in Mesa. I ordered a serape on line and had it sent to his house. I was shocked and disappointed as to what was shipped out by a popular on line vendor. I got a dyed sheet. I wanted a serape!
I found this shop on google maps and we went to check it out.
The shop is located in Scottsdale Tourist Central, but their prices are not the gouge that one would expect in a tourist area and very, very, reasonable. I got my serape, and for less than what I paid for the sheet. I even left with a few more items and wish I could have brought more items home, but my suitcase was already at it's weight limit.
The family running the business was very cordial and we chatted a bit.
If I ever make it back to Mesa, I will definitely shop here again and make sure I have more space in my suitcase.”

“This place is amazing! We had 10 ladies in our group and the employees were so helpful and so kind. We each made our own signature scented candles and it was so fun.
