The guy at customer service is rude. R….d is name on receipt. I have never had to return anything didn’t know the process. He stands there for almost five minutes then sarcastically tells me he needs confirmation.. ok I didn’t know the process. Manners plz

Jessie is awesome! He helped with my order. He also went out of his way to help me load all of my OSB sheets. I have NEVER received this type of help from any Home Depot employee. He is very professional, upbeat, and really goes out of his way to help people.
