The experience was awesome. Andrew explained everything in great detail so I was able to understand exactly what my options were for the phones that I had come in for. By far the best experience I have ever had at a phone store. Thank you T-mobile

I had a great experience today at this tmobile store.. the staff was soo helpful knowledgeable and patient with me making a decision.
