At the Rental Center at The Home Depot in Scottsdale, AZ, the Tool & Truck Rental offers a wide range of rentals to make DIY and professional projects more affordable. Customers can choose from a variety of tools, trucks, construction equipment, and general equipment to suit their needs, whether they are working on landscaping, renovation, or hauling projects. The rental items are high-quality and priced right. The employees at this Home Depot location are praised for their excellent customer service and knowledge. Reviewers mention that the staff is friendly, available, and eager to help customers find what they need. One customer was particularly impressed with the employee in the Lumber department, who helped them find the perfect wood for their project and provided helpful advice. However, not all experiences were positive. One reviewer encountered an "obnoxious" employee in the Lighting department who went on a "diatribe" about government regulations and unrelated topics, rather than providing the requested information. Another reviewer noted that they were not approached by any associates while browsing the Appliance department, despite the presence of employees at their desks. Overall, the Tool & Truck Rental at The Home Depot in Scottsdale, AZ, is highly recommended for its diverse rental selection and generally excellent customer service, with a few exceptions.

Wow everyone was just super friendly at this particular location ! Everyone I came across said hello and was eager to help. I'm so sick and tired of the unfriendly Ace Hardware near me and I just love the vast selection that Home Depot has! Highly recommend this store for all your home supply needs !
