“I can't say enough about this branches customer service. I had spoken to them over the phone and by the time I walked in they greeted me by name. Mía, Joy, Rose and Patricia make a great team and are pros at what they each do in the branch. I was originally there to open a FREE business account but it made sense to open a personal one as well.”

“Just want to give a BIG shout out to Jacklyn Smith and staff at Western State Bank. I had situation with my mother's passing on 1 check. My own bank that I worked with for 5 months couldn't help me. I called a neighbor that used to work at Western and she introduced me to the kindest people here ans they helped me finally get this done. If you ever have to deal with affadavit's and such, or just banking in general. They are treating you like one of there own. Highly recommend them especially in the Sun city location close to Surprise. Once again thank you for all your help and concern. Appreciate it more than you know. God bless.”

“Opened a small account for my father at the Sun City West location. We were treated extremely well. The customer service is superb. I have since opened a personal account and a safety deposit box at very low cost.”

“I frequent several PNC locations in the west valley and this particular location is by far the best. They are always faster than the other locations at handling the “walk up” transactions with the tellers, and their personal bankers and managers are always with a customer. They just seem to value people’s time and understand that they have other things they need to get to as well. Joseph at this location always helps me with deposits and he’s super fast and very professional and friendly.”

“We went in with my mother-in-law to get help with setting up on line access for her. We had to set up an appointment and then come back. Came back at appointment. Spent over a half hour and thought everything was set up. We waited the 24 hours to let the changes take effect as we were told. Went to use the account and it didn't work. Called the help number and they said they could not help and that we we would have to go back to the bank to have them fix it. Just one big frustrating mess with people that have no idea of how use their own systems to help you. As a follow up, we have been back to the bank and the folks there are very friendly and helpful. I am just frustrated by the difficult processes and procedures that B of A has.”
