“We are in our 80's and are experiencing balance problems. We visited Foot Solutions on Pebble Creek Parkway and Patty was a tremendous help to us. We both came home with great shoes that eliminate our problems. I bought Brooks athletic shoes and my husband bought Allrounder athletic shoes. Patty addressed all our problems and led us to the shoe that best fit our needs. We will never go anywhere else!

Jackets and T-shirts are great buys here, though shoes tend to be pricier compared to competitors; hopefully, they can keep pricing more competitive. The store offers options for all age groups and remains one of the best Columbia Factory Stores I’ve been to.”

“If you are looking for a new pair of shoes that feel like walking on clouds, this massive outlet is the place to go. They have rows and rows of sneakers, boots, and sandals for everyone in the family, and the prices are usually much lower than at a regular mall store. I really liked how easy it was to find my size and try on different styles, from sporty running shoes to sparkly ones for kids. The store is huge and very well-organized, so you don't feel crowded while you are browsing. It is a great spot to grab some high-quality, comfortable footwear without spending a ton of money, especially if you need shoes for school or a long vacation.”
“Always a huge variety of shoes and styles. They usually have a good range of sizes and you can have them ordered and delivered to your home if they don't have your size. They also have a great selection of clearance footwear located in the back of the store as they rotate stock!”
“I never take time to write reviews but after my experience at this location today at 4:30, I wanted to express my appreciation. I’ve been having trouble finding black Birkenstocks that aren’t faded, so I had called prior to me coming in and spoke to the supervisor on site. He told me there was one pair left in my size and I told him I’d been having trouble finding these shoes that were true black. He then told me he’d clean the shoe and make sure it was up to par. When I got there, him and another female associate (I wish I could remember their names) rang me up and made sure the shoes were fine by me. They both showed excellent customer service, which is hard to come across in retail nowadays. I hope they get the recognition from mgmt they deserve :)”

“First of all I want to give five stars to Trisha b who rang me up after what I believe to be Margaret the store manager should receive a one star overall I love Brighton but the store manager made a simple procedure very inconvenient for me a customer. I got a gift for Christmas was not able to even wear the bracelet due to a clasp challenge so it was an unworn still in the gift bag with my name on it I simply wanted to exchange it for the same item store manager told me I have to ship it off to be repaired I'm like I don't want to have to come back.. that is completely inconveniencing me as a customer this is an unworn item I'll simply return it.. so I did for an in-store credit and then proceeded to purchase the same item with my in-store credit..”
