“This was one of my easiest car purchasing experience. I submitted my request to see if a vehicle was available and within 20 minutes I received a phone call from Edward. I told him exactly what I was looking for and I didn't want to waste my time driving 50 minutes to the dealership just to get a completely different price because off ridiculous dealer add-ons such as the ones Mark Mazda does. He assured me that they don't do that like other dealerships and was able to give me an accurate OTD price. I drove over there and signed and drove away. This is the way car buying is supposed to be. “I have just purchased an older car that originally came with an R12 system b ut was blowing warm air. I called about getting it converted to an R134A system and Jon could not have been nicer on the phone. He said come in any day before 3 and they'd take care of me for a reasonable price. After arriving and having the tech check out the car, I was advised that it HAD already been converted and all it needed was a recharge! I was out within an hour at a great price! These guys are top notch!”

“No need to go to a Dealer that overcharges you. All parts and labor at a more reasonable price are available here. But the top reason we go here is trust. The Dealer will say you need multiple services but Interstate will tell you why some of that work is not needed. As a big plus, the staff is always friendly, professional, highly trained and will keep you posted about your service. Don’t tell anyone. I want to keep this place for myself.”

“Went to a couple shops to get a challenger aligned since I replaced rear toe arms, with adjustable ones, but nobody wanted to deal with those ones, I called a couple shops nearby and I believe Andrew answered the phone and told me to come through they have someone with plenty years of experience, I got there and they were not able to align it due to the specs and machine they got. I called a couple other shops and they kept telling me the same thing so I just went ahead and bought the stock ones and went back to them because of their customer service..”

“I’m not a car guy. For me, I just want it to get me from one point to another. So when my AC went out, I got anxious about finding a place that was honest / trustworthy.
After just one experience, I realized APA was that kind of place. They thoroughly explained the options for diagnostic costs, gave me an accurate time estimate (which was quick to boot), and were courteous. But the most important part (for me) was that they were willing to be honest about the issue likely being covered by warranty. The willingness to lose work to do the right thing by the customer is important. I’d highly suggest them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic, and I’ll certainly be going back (although hopefully not soon).”
