“Went to a couple shops to get a challenger aligned since I replaced rear toe arms, with adjustable ones, but nobody wanted to deal with those ones, I called a couple shops nearby and I believe Andrew answered the phone and told me to come through they have someone with plenty years of experience, I got there and they were not able to align it due to the specs and machine they got. I called a couple other shops and they kept telling me the same thing so I just went ahead and bought the stock ones and went back to them because of their customer service..”

“I’m not a car guy. For me, I just want it to get me from one point to another. So when my AC went out, I got anxious about finding a place that was honest / trustworthy.
After just one experience, I realized APA was that kind of place. They thoroughly explained the options for diagnostic costs, gave me an accurate time estimate (which was quick to boot), and were courteous. But the most important part (for me) was that they were willing to be honest about the issue likely being covered by warranty. The willingness to lose work to do the right thing by the customer is important. I’d highly suggest them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic, and I’ll certainly be going back (although hopefully not soon).”

“No need to go to a Dealer that overcharges you. All parts and labor at a more reasonable price are available here. But the top reason we go here is trust. The Dealer will say you need multiple services but Interstate will tell you why some of that work is not needed. “Brought my 2019 Audi SQ5 in to have the rack and pinion replaced due to a severe curbing. Layth, my service advisor, was amazing to work with! He worked with my insurance to get the claim approved and costs covered. He kept me up to date on the repairs and placed me in a loaner for the time being free of charge. Layth was very transparent on the process and total breakdown in repair costs and even shaved off some $ of what insurance didn’t cover. By the time I came to pick up my vehicle, it was washed and detailed which just made the experience even more appreciated! My car runs great and I know that’s because of the care the service department took in ensuring my ride was back to its original condition prior to the curbing.
