“11/28/2023. This place has some good deals. Staff are very good and if you need help they are always there for you.Picked up a heat gun, 1500 watt. Also the accessories for the heat gun. $21 skins with tax. It works very good but be careful it gets VERY HOT and will melt plastic if you are not careful. I wasn’t careful. ?TIPs: Don’t forget to check their on line ads.I have found that not all the sale items are marked.Check to see if the item is in stock b4 making the trip.”

“The guy who works on Sundays is such a sweetheart! He took the time to help me problem solve how to stain pine (I had end grain pine, the worst when it comes to that awful zebra stripped blotchiness you get with regular or gel stain). He gave me some really helpful tips and shared a bunch of other resources as well. It was so nice to feel they really care about your project and are really passionate about woodworking!”

“Came to the store right before closing. Water was shut off at home and I needed a plumbing part desperately. I thought if going to Depot or Lowe's, but felt this store was more likely to have what I needed, and they did. The staff was exceptionally pleasant, going out of their way to help me and find my fittings and parts. They even did research to see if they could help me should I need additional items for my project. Kudos for their giving old fashioned, hard to find these days customer service.”

“My GE water softener was leaking at the bypass valve. We took it off and found a broken o-ring. I went to Lowe’s and Home Depot, none of them had the right size. The helper in Home Depot recommended me to go to Van Marcke Plumbing Supply. They helped me found the perfect fit in seconds. We was able to fix our water softener in 5 minutes, just put it on and push back, it’s done. Thank you for all your help. You guys made my day.”

“I just arrived home from Home Depot (1740 S. Country Club Drive) and had the pleasure of experiencing gratitude towards the staff. Alexia had a cart so full of goodies that I thought it was a holiday, because the cart was decorated so brightly The store was not too busy, so staff was able to enjoy the goodies of water, juices, candy, and so many other snacks I could not name everything. Everyone was smiling (me too - I was offered a snack, but it was for the staff - but thank you). Not sure who had this idea, but it made for a great day for staff and customers to see such happines”

“Latest Experience:Needed a new shower valve in a pinch, and they had a lower online price for the same item in store. Same exact manufacturer part number but $12 less between physical store price and their online listing, so quite a significant difference. I showed them the discrepancy and they had no problem getting me squared up at the their better website price. A few minutes wait for the manager to come from another duty and key in his passcode and all was good. Well worth a couple minutes time for me that's for certain. Good store and good employees.
