Great experience, the staff was very helpful and spent some time making sure I was getting the proper part as well as on some advice for additional areas to check if I still had problems. They had a decent selection of some of the tools you may need and supplies on hand. Definitely a proper place for appliance part needs.

Called to ask about a microwave sparking fire problem and whether to repair piece or get new microwave and was given honest advice and even phone number for removal/refurb place. I highly respect this kind of honesty and help when told for safety to buy/replace, electrical danger.
