“Chandler Carefree Parking is awesome! Thank you Pia , Daniel, Jim and crew for awesome service over the last few years when we stored our RV with your facility. You folks are always helpful and a pleasure to work with. Right from the start, when I first worked with Pia over the phone thousands of miles away, the service was wonderful. We highly recommend this facility & greatly appreciate the employees.”
“I rent a RV storage covered space here. This facility has thought of it all! It is the absolute perfect place to store my precious goods. I greatly appreciate the level of security that is provided. The access times work well for me. There are so many amenities that I don’t believe I can think of another place that offers all that Tower Storage does.
The staff is so friendly, professional, and welcoming. I feel appreciated as a customer and just from the service alone that Jasmine and Wendy provided me from day #1, I have already bragged about this place to my RV buddies. Highly recommend, you’ll be glad you moved it!”

“Managed to get a storage unit sorted no problem I chose to inspect the unit I initially wanted and luckily I did because the first unit wouldn’t have worked for what I need but we quickly selected a new unit the suited my need and got everything done right away.
My thanks to Pete for getting everything sorted.”

“New to Extra Space Storage here in Chandler. The staff has been extremely helpful. Krissy in-particular makes sure that the property is completely safe and secure. Any problems with people coming on property that are not customers, she handles promptly and has a great open line of communication with the Chandler Police Department. The staff is great that hours of operation are great, and thanks to them, I feel like myself and my property are safe and secure.”
“I want to share my amazing experience with SANDY, she was so attentive, patient, and helpful yesterday. First, I didn’t finish my booking, then my phone died, AND booked the wrong place. She took care of everything.”
“Went in today (9-4-25) to get a larger storage unit and was assisted very professionally and cheerfully by Debbie (a floater -- the normal attendant had a day off). She showed me two units and banged out the paperwork in short order. Explained some things that needed explaining, wrote down all the new numbers for me, and bade me a good day. Nice facility and helpful staff.”
“Samantha (Sam) is fantastic! Knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful. We’re moving our 5 other units over here because of her and your awesome facility.
Thank you for your help!

“It was smooth sailing moving into this storage location—all thanks to Liz! I moved cross-country from South Carolina to Arizona. I didn't know anything about the area, and working with Liz made me feel welcome and took some stress off of me to know she's overseeing the units. She was very knowledgeable about the property, company, app to access my unit, etc. Keep it up, Liz!!! Thank you!”
“Sandra who works the front desk is the best! Super helpful, sweet and has a great sense of humor. She was great helping us with the move in years ago, giving us a tour of the place and was again super helpful when we had to move out. Thank you Sandra!”

“I rented a storage unit from September 2024 to October 2025 while living in Gilbert, AZ. Even though I only lived there for about three months before relocating back home to Florida, the team at this U-Haul location made everything easy from start to finish.
Whenever I had questions, they were always helpful over the phone and kept things simple. During my time there, new managers Lucas and Amanda took over, and they were absolutely amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to help me through a few unique circumstances and made coordinating with my movers a breeze when it came time to empty the unit and close out my account.
Their professionalism, kindness, and reliability gave me real peace of mind — which means a lot when you’re managing things from across the country. Hands down, this has been the best storage facility I’ve ever used, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, well-run U-Haul location.”
“I recently used Pearson Moving & Storage for my move from Chandler to Gilbert, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team — Josh, Logan, and Nick — did an outstanding job! They were punctual, professional, and handled all my belongings with great care. The entire process was smooth and stress-free.
What really stood out was how well they worked together as a team — efficient, friendly, and attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly in my new home.
I highly recommend Pearson Moving & Storage, especially Josh, Logan, and Nick, to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company.”
