“Had to stop by here to send out some documents. Bit confusing becausing yelp says Open at 8:15 but the sign (in pen) was changed to 8:45 so I ended up grocery shopping down the street. The woman was very friendly and helped me get the fastest, but still cheaper option to mail my documents and had me place them in the envelope and seal it myself since they were sensitive. I appreciated that small detail of having me be 100% sure its sealed away and ready to go out. Got my receipt and tracking # and I was out within minutes. Love small business mail places like this, so much better then going to the Post Office”
“This location is not usually very busy and I can get in and out in without waiting. One of the things I like is being able to get my USPS labels printed by them when I'm in a hurry, but they'll ship just about anything you need. Oh and the people working here are awesome.”
“This review is for TSA Precheck employee Tammy. My friend and I made appointments for our TSA Precheck applications. The appointments were running significantly behind schedule due to the equipment used to process the applications going down repeatedly. Despite this, Tammy remained professional, courteous, and kept us informed. When it was my turn to be processed, at the very end the equipment once again went down. Tammy did her best to get it back up and running, but to no avail. She apologized, then told us where the next closest location was to continue this process, and let me know that she didn't believe my information had gone through. When my friend and I arrived at the other TSA Precheck location, we found that Tammy had taken the time and initiative to call that location to inform them (who in turn informed me) that my application had, in fact, gone through. Tammy went over and above to accommodate us, and provided excellent customer service. I am both impressed and appreciative of her efforts! If possible, please share my appreciation with her.”

“I had a package that needed to be shipped via FedEx this showed up as a FedEx location but it is a privately owned logistics company. I had the privilege of speaking with Bongsu. My package was slightly larger than what they accept and he recommended I went to a different location I explained I was on a time crunch even offered to tip him he made an exception and accepted the larger package on a Saturday understanding I had a time crunch to achieve that morning 10 out of 10 stars if I could would recommend this company it was an absolute gentleman and willing to work with me and understood that I just needed to get that package out as soon as possible Great company. And Bongsu is an amazing guy!”

“Pak Mail was amazing! I wanted to get a 100+ year old (fragile) antique wall clock back to Seattle with me on a plane. I came into Pak Mail to see if they could help me get it packed up for the journey home and they said that they could. They offered to make a custom box for the clock that would be doubled packed to go on the plane. I felt the price was reasonable for what they were going to do, so I moved forward with the box. The box was incredibly well built (and packed) and the clock made it safely home with no damage. Thank you Pak Mail for helping a family heirloom travel two states away with no issue.”

“Investigation was done on my missing package and its recovered. It looks like its the UPS issue and not this particular UPS store issue for isolating the box by HAZMAT. But wonder why they dont maintain tracking of the item once its picked up from the store by the transit van.”

“After weeks of trying to gain access to a FedEx label to return a product that was sent in error, I was finally able to use my common sense on how to print this label that gave me such a hard time! Emailing, texting nor did screen shots work! It helped going here first and when it was my turn up in line, as I was talking to an awesome employee.. a light went off in my brain, which triggered an easier way to print this label. Sheesh!!! I can actually be smart as heck at times. TOOT TOOTImma need FEDEX to become like their competitors, as the competition make it extremely easy to return equipment and packages by a simple scan of a QR. This way of doing things makes things customer friendly. Technology has upgraded guys...meaning FEDEX ENGINEERING AND MARKETING DEPT. I came up with my own solution which was, to go to Walgreens and use their print station, and print off the FedEx photo from there, onto their shiny paper and then to return it, to this facility in which, they accepted this and taped it to my package for send off. Come on FedEx Corporation...2024 we humans need better!!! The Employees here are AWESOME as usual, and all deserve raises!!! They welcome me with open arms each time I step in. Thanks guys”
“I’ve had a box at this location for about 9 years, so I’m in there a lot checking my mail, picking up packages, and sending off Amazon returns. Everyone has generally been very pleasant and helpful but I’m always happy when I go in and Miles is behind the counter. Miles is SO helpful l, friendly, and goes above and beyond every time, taking extra time to explain stuff and make sure I get whatever I need. Thanks, Miles, for making my errands seem so painless - I appreciate you!”

“I printed bridal invitations here and it was so easy. I went to the FedEx website and used the free Canva program complete with templates. Received them the same day! They also came with envelopes. They were beautiful. Highly recommend!”
