“I’ve been to this UPS store a few times now. Colin is always super helpful and attentive, and has always greeted me when I walk in. The manager Angelica explains all shipping options to me so I know what’s best for my small business. The third guy working there (Binniam?) is always smiling and patient when he helps others. There is a UPS closer to me, but I go out of my way to visit this one because of the staff. Keep up the awesome work!”

“I come here often to do Amazon returns and I normally just put up with the lack of the (younger) staff’s customer service skills but today the young gentleman was rude and treated me like I was putting him out. He didn’t want to help me one bit. Instead of explaining to me the Amazon return scanner he seemed annoyed and walked to the back. The gal then helped me and was friendly and helpful but in general the staff here needs some better customer service skills like I learned when I was their age.”
“Brandon. This guy was a machine, and helped us in our chaos of a million Amazon returns, all while seamlessly helping out the (loads) of other waiting customers. You could have easily been annoyed with our disorganization, but you were so patient and nice, and it really made a difference! Thank you!! You deserve a raise.”

“Every time that I have gone to the UPS to make a return to Amazon. I have always had fast and professional and very kind service from the two different UPS Stores I use. Which I use them for Amazon returns quite often. It means a lot to be able to go in and just show them your QR code and hand them the item that needs to be returned. Absolutely no hassle at all. Very time saving.”
“This staples was extremely helpful! After being turned down by another staples I drove over 20 minutes to this one. I unfortunately don't remember the person's name behind the counter, but he told me what I needed to do to make my flyers perfect for my event and had them ready next day for me to mail out. I am so grateful for this location. We will be coming here instead of the one in Queen Creek from now on.”
“I’ve been using this location for the past 15 years for all my large printing needs. Whether commercial use of large marketing prints, or personal needs like grad or birthday cards. They are a busy store, and manage to make time for every customer without rushing their questions. Most recently this weekend, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Eli. He was very patient with my questions, and had a really friendly attitude. I appreciate all the help!”
“Unfriendly employees. I walked in and smiled and said "hello" and they both ignored me. As I was leaving, I smiled again and said, "have a nice day." No reciprocation.
Update: I stopped in again recently and there was a new set of employees who were friendly and helpful. Increasing my rating to 4 stars.”

“Had to stop by here to send out some documents. Bit confusing becausing yelp says Open at 8:15 but the sign (in pen) was changed to 8:45 so I ended up grocery shopping down the street. The woman was very friendly and helped me get the fastest, but still cheaper option to mail my documents and had me place them in the envelope and seal it myself since they were sensitive. I appreciated that small detail of having me be 100% sure its sealed away and ready to go out. Got my receipt and tracking # and I was out within minutes. Love small business mail places like this, so much better then going to the Post Office”
“I love this place. 100 times better than the post office. I go there for all of my mailing and shipping needs from USPS to UPS to FedEx. They can ship whichever service is the cheapest, and you can also print, buy stamps, and package here, too.”

“Staples on Arizona Avenue in Chandler is an outstanding store. Unfortunately, they have had to downsize, as a result of technology changes. It is still my favorite store for technology and office supplies. They recommend purchase insurance for printer/computer technology (new printer installation assistance and computer cleanup). Well worth the additional price of my new HP printer!”
“Investigation was done on my missing package and its recovered. It looks like its the UPS issue and not this particular UPS store issue for isolating the box by HAZMAT. But wonder why they dont maintain tracking of the item once its picked up from the store by the transit van.”
