Pet Grooming
Margo's Pet Spa
15459 West Bell Road Suite 105, SurpriseI loved how they left my Baby Oleg. They did a great job. My boy looks so handsome. Usually he comes out serious after a grooming but he was happy when i picked him up. They let him mingle with other doggies so that was nice. Staff was friendly, the place is easy to find and well kept. You can see groomers working on doggies. The prices are very reasonable. I think we found our new pet spa. Thank you!!! 🙏🏼 😃 1 before photo and 3 after.

Whole Groom
15643 North Reems Road Suite 101, SurpriseWe called last minute in hopes of getting two of our dogs in and we’re lucky enough to be told bring them right over. We were greeted with a smile and were informed of what was going on the whole time with both of our animals. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the interior of the building was very well decorated, clean, and inviting.
They have definitely gained our business moving forward and I highly recommend them to anyone else.

Grand Pet Hotel
12801 West Bell Road Suite 149, SurpriseI absolutely adore the owner and management. Grand Pet Hotel is my selection anytime I have to step away from my child (or some would say dog), rather that be temporarily or long term, this would be the only place in the state of Az that I would trust. They ensure he gets his daily dose of supplements and ensure a healthy, fun, and most importantly safe environment. Me and tucker love this facility and their staff!!

Zuvers Wayne, DVM
16772 West Bell Road Suite 105, SurpriseIgnore the most recent 1-star. They don't know the different a regular vet and an emergency hospital and blamed All Star for their ignorance. Now on to my review: They're great. Their prices are phenomenal, their availability is phenomenal, and their vet is great with my cats. No upselling or hard pushes on additional services, they care about your pets wellbeing and are not out for profiteering. Nothing but great things.

Cozy Noses
17478 W Spur Dr, SurpriseWe had such a wonderful experience with Tammy and Cozy Noses! From the beginning, she made us feel completely comfortable leaving our Lilly Belle in her care. Lilly Belle can be a little shy and has the funniest little personality, but Tammy took the time to let her warm up and be herself.
The pictures and updates throughout our trip were amazing and gave us so much peace of mind. You could genuinely tell Lilly Belle was happy, comfortable, and being loved and cared for like she was one of her own. 💕
Our trip home turned into quite the adventure with a canceled flight followed by delays on our rescheduled flight, and Tammy was incredibly understanding and accommodating. Knowing Lilly Belle was safe and happy was one less thing we had to worry about during all of that chaos.
We are SO thankful we found Tammy and Cozy Noses and will absolutely be bringing Lilly Belle back! It’s such a relief finding someone you can truly trust with your fur baby. Highly recommend! 🐾❤

Legend Acres
13954 W Waddell Rd Ste 103 #295, SurpriseThis review is long overdue. Kristy at Legend Acres changed our lives. We adopted a 2 year old lab and did the standard training from Petsmart that we did with our first dog. We were dealing with a much greater task getting an adult dog. Otto used to react to everything, and he was loud. I adopted this dog under the guise that he was “quiet” but he had a serious barking problem. After a thorough assessment she picked up that he had anxiety through a lot of his cues. We did some private sessions, and two rounds of group training with Legend Acres. She also helped us determine what kind of medication he may need. Otto is such a happy and relaxed boy now and we understand him so much better. He used to have barking fits 10-15 times a day and it brought us tremendous anxiety. We worked with him a lot. He now barks maybe 1-2 times a day and he is just happy as can be. It took a while but it was worth the effort and I love that Legend Acres provides a very fear-free approach. I cannot be more grateful to Kristy, Carmen and the whole team at Legend Acres. They have helped us form such a bond with our boy and eliminated so much stress from our lives.

Quench Taps and Tapas
14010 North Litchfield Road Ste 212, SurpriseCalled in for lunch on our trip from Henderson to Tucson and so glad we did. Although it was quiet for a Saturday there was a very comfortable vibe and a warm welcome. Cocktails are very much the thing at Quench, but there are great local beers on tap. The food menu covers everything from nibbles and bites to small plates and really inventive reimaginings of classics. Everything is prepared fresh to order and beautifully presented. I highly recommend you call in - this independent restaurant certainly deserves your patronage.

Scrunch Dawgs
13760 West Bell Road, SurpriseHot dog stand located outside of Home Depot. Great service. Provides Vienna beef quality hot dogs, polishes, and sausage. If not for his stand, for a great Chicago style hot dog I’d drive to places located further away. Unique soft drinks. I’m fond of the cream soda he has. Chips available; no french fries. For a quick bite you can grab it here. Reasonable prices. $8 for a hot dog + chip & drink. I spend a little more for a jumbo hot dog.

Outback Steakhouse
14225 W Grand Ave, SurpriseI am normally not one to write reviews, however, I feel you may be interested in this feedback. Let me start by saying your food is amazing and the wings are the best I've ever had (and I've had wings everywhere). My wife and I visit the Surprise, Az. location once a week (sometimes twice) and we only sit at the bar. Our bartender's typically are Tiffany Miles, another Tiffany, and Robert. They are fantastic, customer service is impeccable and Tiffany Miles makes a legit White Russian. We love this location and their staff. Recently, they have introduced a 6pm chant that is a little annoying and distracting. As I'm sure this is a corporate decision, this particular location is basically in the retirement community of Sun City and we like our peace and quiet time. Now that our kids are grown, we stopped going to the Texas Roadhouse next door, because of their busy, annoying atmosphere. Stick to what you all do well: Great food, tremendous value, exemplary service, and a relaxing bar. The only reason I gave the atmosphere a low rating is because of the ridiculous 6pm nonsense! OY, OY, OY!!! (See how annoying that is).

Springer Clan Standard Poodles
26003 North 155th Avenue, SurpriseWe just brought home our third SCSP. We could not be more pleased with our little Maggie Mae who joined her big brother Radar. There is just something special about the temperaments and intelligence of these dogs.
LeeAnna and Tim and family do such a wonderful job preparing these babies for their new homes. You cannot go wrong with one of their poodles.
BTW, they are South Dakota ranch dogs.
