Paws Choose Us
12014 North 111th Avenue, YoungtownPaws Choose Us has been an absolute godsend! I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom and her dog, Grizzly. For over a month, Grizzly just wasn’t himself. He was lethargic, had little to no appetite, and she was becoming increasingly concerned. My mom finally took him to the vet, and after spending over $1,000, she was told his liver enzymes were extremely elevated and well outside the normal range. They wanted to run more tests and diagnostics, but she received no real answers.
I suggested she reach out to Mona, and I’m so incredibly glad she did! Mona recommended switching Grizzly’s diet to OC Raw and adding some milk thistle. She told my mom she would see a difference after just one feeding, and she was absolutely RIGHT! After his very first meal, Grizzly had energy again and even rolled around on the floor on his back, something that brought her so much joy to see. Within a week, he was back to his old self, if not an even happier, healthier, and more energetic version of himself!
My mom and I talk about Mona every single day, and she is absolutely ECSTATIC about the difference she's seen in Grizzly! It’s hard to put into words how grateful we are. Mona has given her so much hope and happiness during a time when she was genuinely worried about him.
Hands down, Mona is one of the most knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring people you will ever meet when it comes to our beloved fur babies. You can tell that her heart is truly in this, and she genuinely cares about helping animals thrive. We cannot thank her enough for what she has done for Grizzly. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your pet’s well-being, Paws Choose Us is an absolute blessing! We are forever grateful to Mona!

Pet-Friendly Restaurants
Father Sarducci's Pizza, Pasta & More
11127 West Arizona Avenue, YoungtownJoined our friends for Think & Drink Trivia on Monday Night.
The food and drinks were a solid B+
If you love a good French Onion Soup...this is your place.
Trivia MC Chris (?) is a trivia master...he runs the show efficiently with a bold personality. The two hours of fun fly by.
The downside...service was horrible. 45 minutes for our drinks and 45 minutes for our food (table of 4)
Not for the lack of trying though. There were two young lady's that had to...take orders / serve orders / make drinks and bus the tables.
Don't know if this was an outlier and someone(s) didn't show for work...or if this was just the way they run the railroad.
We plan on going again to see.
