9897 W McDowell Rd #B-235, TollesonThis is the absolute best place to get a dog of a specific breed. Whether that be a pure breed or special mix breed they’ve usually got or can get it. The staff are kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Something that stuck out to me the most as a mom with kids on the spectrum was how patient the staff was with my kids. They helped with acquainting the dogs with each child and helped find the best fit for our family. They also allowed us to come in to visit and sit with the different dogs as often as we needed to ensure we were making the right choice. When we finally figured out which pup was best for us, we were able to walk out confident that we made the right choice. The pups are expensive but you get exactly what you pay for and that’s top of the line. They pups are very well taken care of and I would go as far to say they are pampered lol. They are really running a puppy spa if you ask me. When you walk in the store you forget that it’s a pet store because it smells so fresh and clean. They keep pins sparkling and change the bedding every time one of them goes. They go all out in making sure that it’s disinfected properly not only in the pin but in the visiting spaces. What I really like is they make everyone sanitize in between with pup and have a 2 pup limit per visit due to making sure the puppies arent cross contaminating. So you can walk away knowing you aren’t getting a sickly puppy. I’m a single mom and could afford to get the puppy out right and they were able to help me finagle a monthly payment plan that allowed us the chance to take our baby home. Anyways….overall I give this place a 20/10

Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely takes the time to make sure I understand what’s going on.What means the most to me is how the whole team treats Fonzie,with so much love, patience, and compassion. You can tell they truly care about the animals they’re treating and not just about doing a job. Fonzie is a big part of our family, and I’m so thankful he’s cared for by people who treat him like he’s their own. 🥹❤🐾
I highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for a place where their fur babies will be treated with the same love and care they get at home!
