221 N Litchfield Rd, GoodyearI’ve taken my Husky to numerous groomers hoping to get a good blowout. He basically returned home with just a bath and still plenty of his double coat intact. Puff and Fluff (Litchfield) did exactly what I wanted. He looks amazing! I can’t stop looking at him. I know they worked very hard removing his double coat. Anyone looking for an excellent groomer, I can’t recommend Puff and Fluff enough. They did a fantastic job!

We had an unexpected health scare with our 10-year-old dog, Chloe, and from the moment we called, the entire team was compassionate and accommodating. They were able to fit us in as the last appointment of the day, and despite it being the end of what I’m sure had been a long week, we never felt rushed.
Dr. Shelby Marsh took the time to thoroughly examine Chloe, explain what they were seeing, walk us through the possible causes, and answer every question we had. Even though the test results didn’t provide a definitive answer, she made sure we understood what they did find, what they ruled out, and what symptoms to watch for moving forward. We left feeling informed and reassured rather than confused or anxious.
What impressed us most was the level of care after the appointment. They provided copies of Chloe’s test results, gave us emergency contact information in case anything changed over the weekend, and asked us to call back on Monday with an update—whether she was doing better or worse. That kind of follow-up shows they genuinely care about their patients and aren’t just trying to get you in and out the door.
Thankfully, Chloe has been doing well since we got home, and we’re grateful for the peace of mind they gave us. If you’re looking for a veterinary team that is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly invested in both your pet and your family, I highly recommend EasyVet Goodyear’s professional team and Dr. Shelby Marsh.

We were greeted by friendly faces and my dog was the center of attention. She got a very thorough exam and a quick test to diagnose her problem. Dr. Lockwood explained the treatment options and at-home care recommendations. Skye got her first Phovia treatment the same day, and she is already improving! We are looking forward to the follow-up visit for a second treatment next week.

We had to make the difficult decision that it was time to let him go. After filling out all the necessary paperwork they left Merlot with us to saying goodbye to him was very difficult but they gave us the comfort of holding him & letting him know that we loved him dearly. I was difficult to walk out without him. It's now 2 years & two weeks later & after our loss in Oct 2021 we have found ourselves the happy ending & parents of a new baby boy who was named Yukon, & we lovingly shortened his name to Yuko. I'm going to be making an appt for any remaining shots & his rabies vaccine not sure if he will be happy or upset with us. Don't care if he's unhappy just want to make sure he is & stays healthy. We will all grow into old age together. Welcome to our family, Yukon or Yuko. We love you.

They did take a few days longer to call me back but the lady I spoke with was very kind, patient, and polite while answering my hundreds of questions. The only reason they are not my new vet is because they are the same price or higher as my current vet. I will keep their contact info for emergencies.
