“I find this store a little high in prices.I typically have to shop the ads, but I like it for convenience of a little neighborhood store. The day staff is absolutely phenomenal. Always very helpful and friendly, i wish I could say the same for the evening staff. They're much more i'll call it unprofessional, and not as helpful, in fact, i've walked out of there shaking my head frustrated. The self checkout seems to have more glitches than other grocery stores. I will go through the cashier at this store. The management staff has always been very friendly & helpful. They remind me of the old Lucky's store I worked at.”

“Nasiba in the self check out of Safeway surprise off bell and cotton is amazing. I saw her two days in a row. She remembered me we had a conversation. She was efficient and helped me out. She was so friendly, sweet and even gave me a hug after we spoke. I have never met someone like her. She is young, but she is so sweet and wonderful and cheerful- she has made my terrible week these last couple days. Fry’s is right next to me but i will come back just to see her smiling face. Anyone would be lucky to have her as an employee.”

“I was very excited to visit our new local frys. The store is large and clean and has a wide selection of items. I like the patio area in the front for all of the seasonal offerings. My only complaints are the parking lot is very small and it seems that they do not have enough cashiers leaving your only option to use self checkout. That does seem to be the new trend though.”

I had several questions. I ordered the potato wedges and he brought out the freshly made ones, then I saw a great deal on deli meat in the ad and Chris was very patient with me while he got my deli meats and cheese. He was very friendly. I definitely hope Chris is there the next time I come in. He showed what customer service is about! Thank you”

Now they have a new manager. Her name is Christine. The store is ALOT cleaner and the parking lot, free from trash. She always has the store open at 8:00 and she welcomes you with a smile as you walk in.”

“Hopefully Jenny is still managing this store. My wife and I have been going here for 9 years. After moving further away, and being closer to the waddell/reems store, we still go to the Bell/reems store. I was there today and noticed the pizza was being served like the waddell store. My wife said she saw the manager from the waddell store there the other day, and not Jenny, yelling at the employees. If she is at this store, I will NOT remain a customer, as she is the reason we don't go to the waddell store. If this store is being run by that manager, save yourself some aggrevation and visit QT at grand and mountian view.”

“Experienced 5-star customer service in the Optical department at Sam's club yesterday! Went in with broken nose pads on my glasses asking for help with a possible repair that, as a senior with shaky hands, I couldn't do on my own. I was assured by Barbara that she would be more than willing to assist me. She proceeded with the repair immediately while I waited. She fixed the problem adding new pads and screws, adjusted my glass frames, cleaned the lenses and was beyond helpful to me with a bright and cheerful attitude. Kudos to Sam's Optical for their willingness to help with these, what might be considered "bothersome" repairs, and for having such positive employees like Barbara representing them. Sam's Club is the BEST in my book for their unusual customer service!”

She has really pretty hair sometimes it’s colored I believe, but her co worker who usually works with her just wanted to give a good shout out to them both. They are really great and so awesome at what they do they go above and beyond to always try to help me. I have had trouble with other pharmacy workers there due to their abilities of knowledge, but I will say they do try to help so I appreciate them as well but big kudos out to Tiana and her coworker She’s usually working withThey’ve helped me wonders And I am so very grateful for them thank you thank you thank you”

I have never seen anyone treated so badly. Customer service was well done to a customer that didn't deserve her kindness. What has this world come to when we can treat people the way this person did.”
