“No need to go to a Dealer that overcharges you. All parts and labor at a more reasonable price are available here. But the top reason we go here is trust. The Dealer will say you need multiple services but Interstate will tell you why some of that work is not needed. As a big plus, the staff is always friendly, professional, highly trained and will keep you posted about your service. Don’t tell anyone. I want to keep this place for myself.”

“This is the place for lexus and toyota they are masters, what I like is, patiently they are listening the problems, recommending only required. What blown my mind is they are using genuine toyota parts, i never seen any one is changing oil drain bolt washer while doing oil change, but they did, that is example of professionalism.

“There is not one thing in the process of getting my car repaired at Campus Body Salon that I was not impressed with. From the estimate and dealing with a few issues with my insurance company they were always courteous and helpful with every aspect of the process.
Once work began they kept me informed of the progress.
Even up to the moment I picked up the car they were helping sort out the few issues with my insurance company.
They arranged PPF with an alternate company and they were so interested in doing a proper job they took it to their shop for the installation.
To say I was impressed with the quality of the work when I came to pick up my car would be an understatement.
The work they did on my car far exceeded my expectations.
I cannot express how impressed I am with the entire experience with this team. It is refreshing to deal with people with this level of personal care today.

“I had heard of McIlvain motors from friends and acquaintances in the Porsche communities. They were very highly regarded and recommended, and they did NOT disappoint. I took an impulsive 996 purchase to them for an after purchase inspection (I should have done a PRE-purchase inspection) and had them complete everything they recommended. They provided multiple options of work based on the car’s priorities of need and they were cost conscientious. These cars can be costly. Communication was crystal clear, with pictures and videos provided during the work.
Do yourselves a favor and get a PRE-purchase inspection from McIlvain and also go stop in and meet this wonderful shop and crew. They are all happy to talk shop and were a delight to get to know. I trust their Porsche expertise completely.”

“Last week, my iDrive stated that my car may have a possible oil leak. Went to the dealership to get a diagnostic, and sure enough, a part underneath my car needed replacement to stop the oil leak. I was referred to Babbitt Motor Werks through a friend from a local BMW car club and so happy that I found this shop!
Called the shop to get a quote and was happily assisted by Kameron, the Service Manager. He was very professional and transparent in pricing, which was substantially lower than what the dealership quoted me.
Brought my car into the shop and Kameron was helpful in letting me know what needed to get fixed. They were able to complete the repairs quickly for a much more reasonable price.
Highly recommend bringing your BMW to this shop for any and all mechanical needs. Jen and Kameron are honest and extremely knowledgeable that value their relationships with their customers.
