“Forgot how much I loved Michaels until I got to self checkout. I've gotten used to checking myself out and being left alone. The employee in self-checkout wasn't really adding value to anything we were doing they were mostly in the way. One person blocked and walked around in randomly talked to people. Another person was blocking half the entryway into self checkout.
Four stars is based on the fact that I really just like the store and the items in the store and not the entire experience”
