“When I called Lori and told her about our Sterns and Foster king mattress that there was a problem with it sagging on one side as spring had failed, she reviewed our order and promptly called back and said to come into the store and choose another mattress. I called Nick the manager and he was very accommodating in regards to the exchange. We chose another mattress at no charge to us. We really appreciate the customer service as it was outstanding. Thank you Lori and Nick. I would highly recommend this mattress store. Professionals all the way.”

“First off expect a high pressure sales experience. The prices they claim are 50% off are actual prices just doubled then cut almost in half. We got talked into or tricked into buying an adjustable bed. Caution to anyone buying a bed from there read the paper you sign before you sign it. I didn't have my reading glasses so I didn't read it. I assumed it was the same as others I've signed, it's not. Read it. You probably won't sign it if you read it I wouldn't have. Somehow I got distracted. Also there most expensive mattress is not desirable at all. Yes we got talked into that as well. It's ok but the person sleeping on the other side will bounce around if their partner moves and it didn't on the bed you try out in the store. We had serious buyers remorse after the whole deal. On top of it all the delivery people who came and installed the adjustable bed left a twist tie on the floor under the night stand and when I moved the nightstand to adjust its position not knowing about the twist tie it scratched the wood floor. So bummed.”
