I also get the urgency for medical equipment for consumers and a lot of times lives may be at stake.
You can't satisfy everyone, and as unfortunate as it may seem, thats just the reality of it.
I have nothing negative to say about this company, as I'm just thankful that I'm getting the equipment that I need, however long that time-frame may be.

“I had my appointment to pick up my CPAP machine and Eddie was so kind and helpful while going over everything that I needed to know about it. It was a bit daunting at first but he was very thorough while explaining how to use it and take care of it. He was also very encouraging when it came to getting used to using it. I followed what he told me and it has now been 11 nights and I am already used to using it. I am averaging 5.5 hours a night and last night 7.5 hours. Thank you Eddie and Fairway Medical.”
