“I visited this Home Depot location 17Feb 2026.
This is my main store. It really saddens me to have to leave this review.
I visited the door department and there was no one in the department to help me.
A young lady saw me and asked was I being helped, I replied no, she said ok let me get someone to assist you.
No one came!
The same young lady passed by again, she asked did anyone come, I replied no.
She said let me call someone again, no one came.
She passed me a third time and asked the same question, and then she said oh I hear them paging Eli now. I kept waiting, he never came. She said I'll call the MOD, he never came. After waiting in the door dept for almost 45mins I started to leave and I saw another employee and asked if he knew the young lady in the area? I gave him the description and he knew her. I told him I wanted to write a review for HER awesome customer service.
Her name is Stacy in the MET dept the young man said. I wish I remembered his name because as I was leaving he apologized.
I will continue to frequent this location, even though I never got service, but because of STACY!
I still gave 5stars because of STACY!!!!”

“1/28/24: Wade was EXCEPTIONAL!! Everyone was accessible and friendly. First, I spoke to Brian at the service desk to ask where to find a Klein Level. He directed me to aisle 31. I got there, but couldn't find what I was looking for. Close by, Wade was happy to help. He found my item was available in store, found where it was stored, and grabbed a ladder to get it for me. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I walked past another girl on my way out, and she asked how I was doing. This store is full of kind people, attentive, and good at what they do. THANKS again to Wade and this whole team!!

“I rented a box truck to pick up a grandfather clock. Usually use Home Depot for short trips. However, this one took a few hours and ended costing more than Uhaul.”
