“I can’t say enough to thank the team and crew at this Napa Auto parts. They helped out a guy in need. I had my alternator go out, but had a Costco battery in my truck. Costco was across the street. They let my wife sit in their break room while they loaned me some tools to remove my battery and then they drove me across the street and waited for me to get the battery swapped out. Who does this? I told them I could walk, but it was 105 degrees outside. They let me borrow tools to put the battery back in. They also helped test to see what was wrong. Yep. Dead alternator. We were an hour from home.
Thank you for helping a family out. We had sent our kids in a separate car. So they made it to California. We hope to be there to join them today. Thank you for your service and act of kindness. It’s rare these days. I would totally go back and shop here. Thank you Napa for what you did for us! Great people, great service.”
“came in for battery exchange and i was not in there sistem I would have to pay again a another $200 plus to get a another battery but Julia store employe took the time to figure out how to help me with the battery exchange and did she treated me like a family member very good customer service I am so Happy she was great help to me God bless her Heart I give her thumbs up ?”

“I’ve used this location a few times as well as other Velocity centers in CA. This one is by far the most clean and organized. I have a diesel pusher rv bus and have found Velocity to be a little more expensive than some but I’ve always had excellent service esp. relative to the rv dealership that is close by the Tolleson location. This is a busy location that’s typically scheduling a couple weeks. That being said the rv service coordinator, Pete, is very nice and professional. A special thanks to him for today’s help where we were heading out of town and the rig threw a fault code. Instead of stonewalling me, he gave me a little of a tech’s time and within 10 minutes issue was diagnosed and resolved. Sorry that others have had issues but at least for me they get two thumbs up!”
