“I Visited the store and spoke with Eloy Toledo. very knowledgeable not pushy nor trying to sell me something I don't need. He explained things well and I chose a plan. Eloy kept me up to date on install date and time. I also called him to choose a different plan once reviewing the plan with wife. Eloy did this without hesitation and thanked me for joining cox cable. I am very pleased with the customer service Eloy has provided me and I'm just waiting for the install. Cox is new in my area and I will refer my neighbors to get with Eloy if they are unhappy with their current provider.”
“So I went in to buy a phone today, Mary made it an easy transaction and explained everything's that would take place in detail. But the reason I give 4 stars is mainly for Miguel and the acting manager at the time. A customer they were trying to help cursed them out with every word. That customer was slamming stuff on the counter and both tmobile reps kept their professionalism as he had his toddler tantrum due to the price of a phone. As an employed person myself, I would expect never to have to deal with some one constantly speaking to me like that. I had to hold my tongue. I wanted to tell the reps "DO NOT HELP HIM! HOW ARE U ASKING FOR HELP BY CURSING AND YELLING?" I don't like that the manager requires their employees to endure this type of behavior. As soon as that customer called them out their names, he should've been asked to leave. That protocol should really be a topic in your next meeting.”

“Sylvia really took care of me at 43rd ave and Bethany Home rd! And her manager was really kind to me too! I ported my number in from a competitor who was giving me too much run around and I’m grateful that Sylvia and her store manager were there for me in my time of need. Not only did they help me get into a new phone and plan for an amazing rate, they got me into an iPhone 13!!!! I am in LOVE with this phone and the price point! The competitor company was giving me so much drama I was worried these guys at boost mobile was going to give up on me and tell me to go somewhere else. They did not!
