“I’ve had months of problems with my service
I work from home an it’s cause so many issues. Was close to loosing my job I’ve had countless techs come out and was told it’s the best we can do that is until Corey came out and wow yes it took 4 hours but he never gave up he troubleshooted everything imaginable an figured out the equipment itself is what was faulty. He has spent hours fine tuning everything down to the smallest details this company needs more people like Corey. He’s a asset to this team his dedication to finding the solution is incredible definitely deserves a promotion for outstanding customer service and fixing what others said was unfixable kudos Cory for a job well done -Barb”

“Just when I thought i was going to end my long time relationship with T-Mobile it was revived thanks to Arron! Long story short my phone had been malfunctioning for months. after multiple troubleshooting attempts it still kept acting up. Tmobile customer support suggested getting a new device. They shipped the device next day to the store. I went into the store to exchange everything and Aaron was angel lol. He was patient, knowledgeable and friendly
He made the switch super easy and he bought some things to my attention thatI hadn't realized with my bill. He took time to explain things and advised me on what to do. He gave me his card and assured me that if anything comes up I could come back to store or give him call. Thanks Aaron I truly appreciate your help and superior customer service!!!!”
