“Thankful for being able to get taken care of by Bri, appreciate the help and patience, we aren't very tech savvy and she was overly helpful and was able to solve my account concerns.”
“Absolutely love the customer service at this location. The manager and the girls that work at this location always go above and beyond!! If I could give them 1000000 stars I would :)”
“There were 2 beautiful associates and they were so kind and patient with us. They helped us and nothing felt rushed. Other customers came in and they still kept coming to our table to make sure our process was still going on. Beautiful day at AT&T store. Definitely, we received service with as smile. Thank you girls. Us.”
“I came into the store Very sad due to my Broken phone. I couldn't access anything on my phone but Luckily Rocio H Was there to save my day. She went above and beyond to help me. Not only did she assist me but she was sure to share with me her store deals. Which I'm thankful because I left with a brand new tablet for a great price. All in the end I left very happy and satisfied. I love how Rocio was able to multitask all while still keeping a smile on her face and making me feel my situation was important. Thank you Rocio.”
“I was pleasantly surprise when I entered the store (replacing remote) and a very nice young man asked if he could assist me. He bypassed line and brought me a new remote in a matter of minutes. So grateful for his assistance!”
