“Every time l go here l am greeted with a smile and a hello. Always helpful and friendly to all who do business there. I've witnessed a few custom who came in upset and in a hurry, only to leave after they've been helped by the clerk with a big smile and at times joking and laughing. So nice to be treated as an actual person with ki dress, efficiency and knowledgeable personnals who represent the USPS well.”

“I arrived at about 10:30 on a Wednesday morning and had no issues. The office is small, only parking spots for roughly 4 or 5 people, but it was quiet. I was primarily the only customer there at the time.
The gentleman running the office was very helpful and kind, explained an unknown process to me very well, and was patient.

“For a large post office this is a decent one. Has the automated check out service for packages, P.O. Boxes, passport services (make appointment online first), postage stamps, cards and packaging for purchase. It can get busy so be prepared if you are coming in on peak hours.”

“I just want to thank our mailman in 85301, and most especially, the staff in this office for helping us retrieve a package, after it was delivered to a lot number different from ours (the sender placed the wrong lot number, not USPS's fault). Service was fast, staff was very nice and timely in helping me out. It did not take a few mins. And by the time I got home, our mailman was already in our porch with our package. Thank you, thank you, thank you! It contained gifts for my children. I really thought it was a lost cause. What a relief. I wish I asked for the staff's name. Whoever you are, thank you so much. This happened just a few minutes ago. Kudos to USPS!”

“Always had a good experience coming to this USPS station. Very fast service with no lines every time I've been there. Though the USPS service is inside a Storage Facility building, they seem to have all the shipping materials and services you would find at a regular USPS Office. Pickup time for the USPS driver is at 2:00pm, so get your packages before that time. Parking space is limited.”

The reason they had to lock doors to p.o. boxes access earlier is because of the homeless and criminal elements of the neighborhood.

“I have an online craft business, so I am at the Post Office a lot. This staff is better than four other USPS locations that I've regularly been to. They seem to work together better than other locations. It's a rough job, but it feels like they're trying their best here.
There's also a convenient drive up mailbox and in the lobby, a small package drop off for boxes under a certain size.”
