“I really enjoy coming here for the water and the ice cream they sell. They offer a variety of water bottle sizes and filtered waters. Each time I've visited this shop, the employees have been very kind and helpful. They always keep the shop very clean. As for the sweet treats, they offer shaved ice/Hawaiian shaved ice and Thrifty's ice cream which is very nostalgic for me so I always get a scoop or three each time I visit for water or ice. The prices are realistic and the portions on the shaved ice/Hawaiian ice are very generous and can be a little sticky. I highly recommend coming here for your water and ice needs; might as well grab a scoop while you're there :)”
“It's a fun experience and we love to keep it local. The Thrifty ice cream is natural and delicious. No preservatives in it. The place is kept clean and if you have kids it's a must. Definitely worth a stop and the owners are nice. Going today to try a coffee shake based in others' reviews. Ice cream and incense—needs met! ✔️ ✅️”

“Last of the dying breed of truck stops. I'll go here before I fight the crowds across the street at the Pilot. Nice showers, clean restrooms, easy off, easy on. Omar's is great too, 24-7. Grabbed a cheeseburger to go and it was delicious. Bun toasted on the grill, lettuce tomatoes onions, and it was hot.
Update- Stopped in the other night, looks like the restaurant isn't 24-7 anymore. There was a sign behind the cashier that said, "Sorry, no hot water."”

“Every different customer service representative has been nice and even remembered me, and I go there sporadically, but with what I saw today new flavors on Rockstar energy drink that we can't find anywhere else,and now my son's with autism want to go to QuikMart even more, it's so clean and was redone so great I hope it remains here forever,I grew up in the neighborhood and been going when I was younger now my son's are able to enjoy walking the same paths I did and the store looks amazing thank you for the service and the polite staff you hired, another special note my son's with autism & I have been very grateful for the patient understanding and helpful staff who have helped my son's with their independent skills when purchasing thank you again,hope you update your # at this location they are so helpful”

“Always clean. The clerks are always very nice. This particular location runs out of Coke often. I walked in today and I had to get Pepsi. So if you're a Coke lover like me, look over at the soda dispenser before you get a cup. Cuz if I hadn't already gotten a cup and my husband had not already went to get his drink I would have walked out and went to another QT.”

“Perfect distance from the Tucson airport if you are renting a car. You can't return your rental car unless you fill your fuel back up to the original fuel level from when you originally received the car. When you fill your rental car up with fuel, it has to be done within ten miles of the airport. Please print out a receipt for proof. My receipt did not print from the pump, and the lady at the register was able to print out my receipt without any issues. Very clean and courtesy establishment.”

“How is a good experience. Never more than a minute wait if that's even what happens. I love that I can feel my air and my tires for free. I generally use this place to fill my bicycle tires for my son or if I need to do it for myself. Also a great spot to meet people because it's right off the highway.”

So, we took him up on his offer, and I have to say. It tasted great and it was fresh. He even made our crust thin. Loved it, thank you Victor for the personal touch and to the staff.
