“Marty is the absolute best, I have used Sun-state Equipment for so many rentals never been treated bad and I shop around like everything I do I shop around every possible option in town and I am no afraid to let a company know what I think. Marty is just good people and the prices are perfect. The only downside is since they are popular (is what I tell my self) sometimes they don't have special equipment from time to time forcing me to go to a competitor but not often. “Nicholas and Colin are some of the finest individuals on this side of Tucson. Honestly, we need more folks around here just like them. I've kept my storage rental for years when I could have discontinued use — simply because of their pleasant demeanor.
I've tried referring friends to U-Haul Moving & Storage at Reid Park and they always rent elsewhere simply because of the neighborhood.
How can you expect improvement if you refuse to lay any groundwork yourself? That said, it's incredible that this facility is a bowling artifact of a better time, a time when more folks were just like Nicholas and Colin.”

“I can only write a review based on my own experience. We moved from Sierra Vista to Tucson on 13 October 2023. Mr. Stanizewski and his crew arrived on time and completed the move quickly. We were quote a price close to 3K, but the final price (based on time) was approximately 1800. Overall a great move and I would recommend this company.”

“We have used rightspace storage for our storage for several years. The staff is very helpful and gave me reminder calls so I won't pay a late fee. Rentals from uhaul are limited here but very helpful getting us to the next uhaul place close and had available rentals.”

“I called on the phone and the guy I spoke to was awesome, I should've asked for his name but he helped me get a locker and helped with all the forms and made the process really easy for me. “This is my 2nd time renting from Penske and in my opinion more reliable, clean, and professional than more expensive big-name competitor. Not as many locations and not as big a fleet to pick from, but none of that matters if you just need to rent a van or truck and get the job done.”
“I scheduled my u-haul online and had no issues picking up the type of truck I needed at the time I wanted. This location is huge and had a ton of foot traffic when we returned. My only complaint is when calling, occasionally you'll be routed to a call center, which was a problem for me as I had left my phone behind in the truck. Otherwise, staff were helpful and attentive. I would rent from this location again!”
“Thank you Jeffrey (or Geoffrey) for your professional customer service. You made me feel at ease with assisting me on my son's travel back to Las Vegas. With everything happening in our world today, my son needed to return home from college asap. His vehicle was not working, and we were challenged with figuring out how to get him and his vehicle from your state to mine. We decided the best way would be to rent the necessary equipment from Uhaul. Living in Las Vegas, and coordinating the rental all by phone made me a little skeptical until I read the reviews on Uhaul locations near my son's campus. Your location appeared to have the best views. I'm extremely grateful you were able to assist us. You went above and beyond caring for our needs. Even though you didn't have what we need at your location, you still managed to confirm a reservation at the next nearest Uhaul store. In no time, my son was on the road back to Vegas with his vehicle in tow right before the Memorial weekend holiday. My son arrived home safely. Thank you again for all your assistance. Good to know you can still receive professional, friendly service, from people such as yourself in this current day, during these times.”
