“Awesome hardware! Employee engagement was the best! Today I needed a specific irrigation nozzle and my local True Value hardware was out. I tried Ace but evidently they don’t stock this device. Decided to drive to Sun City True Value to check it out. From the minute I walked in the door there were people asking if they could help me find my item. I was immediately shown to the irrigation area and I told the person that I could find the item myself. A few minutes later an employee walked by the aisle, saw me, and asked if they could help. Again, I said no thanks. I found my item and while walking to checkout a third person asked if I found everything I needed. Checkout was polite and quick.
For normal hardware items this is the place to go. I am tired of the employees at the BIG Hardware Stores pretend they don’t see you as they walk by or just focus on whatever they are doing even if you are standing right beside them. I may go out of the way and go to the Sun City store even though I was happy with the one in my area. The people here really made a difference.”

The fact that they responded to my review says a lot, so I am changing the rating from a 3 star to a 4 star. (I want some of the boots!)
i stopped into Grainger today and thought it looked nice. The one problem they have though?everything is over priced- and I mean everything. Nice store, ok customer service (i walked around for 1/2 hour before a salesperson asked if I needed help) Other than the great selection of steel toed shoes and boots I probably won t be returning- the Prices are just way way TOO high. Harbor Freight Ace and HD have much lower prices.”

“This is my new go-to shop for appliance parts. The guy at the counter was very knowledgeable and saved me from a ridiculous $460 repair call with a $20 part that took me 10 minutes to replace on my own. They have plenty of inventory for all major brands. Highly recommend.”

“Fairly new store, well stocked, lacks that terrible old rubber smell often prevalent in older HF stores. Easy access with traffic lights at entrances to the center.
UPDATE 10/21/24: In the store again last week and yesterday. Still clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Assisted in getting a heavy item to my car without my asking - service with a smile! I highly recommend this sty.”
“Ace Hardware in Glendale (67th Avenue & 101) was incredible today. I wanted to purchase an item online but ended up calling the store. Sammy the young woman I spoke to told me she would take care of me. I drove there and I found her at the front of the store. She was great! Every employee at Ace, greeted me with a smile on their faces. I'm going back there again and highly recommend this store for the North Glendale communities.”
