“I was searching for a small shipping storage container to place in my backyard and was overwhelmed by the number of businesses and the amount of personal information required just to get prices. I became frustrated and overwhelmed by the majority of businesses that required what I felt was too much information just to discuss prices, sizes, and delivery. I found that out real quick! However one company, Get Simple Box Storage Containers were true to their name. Simple, honest, respectful, and very pleasant to deal with even though I had to place my search on the back burner. Even after I let them know that I wouldn’t be doing business with them them they were helpful and willing to help me with any questions I still had. They were so refreshing to speak with when other companies were pushy and couldn’t get off the phone fast enough once I told them I wasn’t going to be able to do business with them, not Get Simple Box Storage. When I start looking again I will follow up with them to possibly look at the rental or rent to option if available. Thanks again, Get Simple!”

“Reserved a deal online, went in the next morning to claim the unit. The whole process was smooth and easy to do even bought a lock onsite. They took us to see the unit before we left and made sure our gate code worked as well. Went back that night to drop off my furniture using the same gate code, got in and out so easy. Painless, friendly staff, easy to use website.”

“I had such a great experience at extra space storage on union hills. From the first contact with them on the phone with them explaining to me the process I was going to need and do once I got there.. Once I arrived they greated me with such kindness I wish all the facilities were like them..The customer service was top notch was very impressed with the professional service but on the other hand they were so kind. When I was through they took they time to help me with directions to make it easier on me to find next place. The facility was spotless..Hands down I give them 5 stars if I could 10

“Vickie was extremely accommodating and found me a new 10x20 unit directly across from current 5x10 unit which allowed me to move with ease. She was also sympathetic to the recent loss of my family-member and gave me a few extra days to move out of my current unit and take possession of the new unit. The price is very competitive and the lowest I've found Valley-wide for a climate-controlled unit on the 1st floor. Thanks again Vickie for all your help and support.”

“Anne is the best that I have had the privilege to help me with my problem at your storage co. I misplaced Mr storage keys and she was extremely helpful trying to work with me on the locker and look in there and I could not find them and I had to have her cut the lock off and she was so helpful and so professional with her help very kind soft spoken, smiling, and giving up herself. You are extremely lucky to have a person like her working in your company and did not. I did not feel like I was you know putting anything on her to do this.
