“Even though they didn't have my tire the manager went out of his way to get it to me. Unfortunately some of the other employees weren't so effective. I called ahead to find out about my tire. I was put on hold and was on hold even after they started waiting on me and I told them they were still on hold.”
“I shop here almost on a daily basis. I live less than a half mile. Makes it very convenient for me. Prices are great, I only had one problem with that being the shoping carts were moved outside the store... They moved them back inside so now I back shoping there again. All in all very convenient for me now.”

“I REALLY HATE buying groceries, but Brookshires always has some great deals going on. Their meat department and fresh produce is exceptional. Rarely will you look for something and they don't have it. The store is clean, the deli is convenient, and their employees are always courteous and helpful.”
