“Walking into this shop feels like visiting a helpful neighbor because the staff is always right there to greet you and help you find exactly what you need. It has that classic, hometown feel where the aisles are packed with everything from sturdy tools and gardening supplies to unique gifts and home goods. Unlike the giant warehouse stores, it’s very easy to navigate and you can get in and out quickly with the right part for your project. They even have a great selection of outdoor gear and grills that make you want to start a backyard barbecue right away. It is the perfect place to go for quality service and a friendly atmosphere that makes any home improvement task feel a lot easier.”

“Today my mother and I had been to Lowe's and Home Depot we had asked for help with a shower enclosure needed immediately that was an odd size. We were told both places to go online and order it there. We went to Home Outlet that I stumbled upon on Google and we thought we would try again.....one last time pretty defeated. When we walked in the door we were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman that asked how he could help us and we told him. He said to give him a moment and went and spoke to the other gentlemen working and they walked us to what we needed in less than a minute and a half. We couldn't be more greatful! They were knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. My mother and I declared them all HERO'S!!!!! We are greatful. Sadly I didn't get there names but this is a great place to go for anything you need for your home!”

“Joe is one of the managers for this location and today I came in to see if he could help in a dire situation and help make a new key for my toolbox at work however after getting there he took the time to explain that they can rekey certain locks and we tried and failed and Joe went above and beyond and was able to source me a new lock which they only had one of and get me back up and going with a included spare key and I am shocked for he has been a straight shooter and has been nothing but professional and a big help I will definitely be coming here more often thank you sir for the guidance and education on keys and locks”

“Darragh Ft Smith is the most helpful company in town for tools and supplies. They are very knowledgeable and quick to respond. You just have to make one phone call to them, unlike other companies that you have to stay on them to get what you need. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you haven’t tried them, I highly recommend that you give them a shot.”

“Ronnie, the night shift manager, is SO helpful and kind. I was having an issue with one of my propane tanks, and he knew exactly what the problem was and told me what to do. He was just full of excellent customer service. I frequently go to another store, but now I will get all of my supplies here. Also, the store and restrooms are very clean, unlike at their nearest competitor in Fort Smith where I have actually seen mice!”

“Always have what I need, don't need a mask. 7/27/26 Needed help and was sent to the pro area, I told her I wouldn't get help there, I have tried 3 times beforethru the year, but if you put pro in front of a person's name, you better look like you could afford to get their help. Of course I gave up and bought what I had but went elsewhere for anything else. I will still shop there but asking for help you need to look like you can afford it.”
