“Joe is one of the managers for this location and today I came in to see if he could help in a dire situation and help make a new key for my toolbox at work however after getting there he took the time to explain that they can rekey certain locks and we tried and failed and Joe went above and beyond and was able to source me a new lock which they only had one of and get me back up and going with a included spare key and I am shocked for he has been a straight shooter and has been nothing but professional and a big help I will definitely be coming here more often thank you sir for the guidance and education on keys and locks”

“Today my mother and I had been to Lowe's and Home Depot we had asked for help with a shower enclosure needed immediately that was an odd size. We were told both places to go online and order it there. We went to Home Outlet that I stumbled upon on Google and we thought we would try again.....one last time pretty defeated. When we walked in the door we were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman that asked how he could help us and we told him. He said to give him a moment and went and spoke to the other gentlemen working and they walked us to what we needed in less than a minute and a half. We couldn't be more greatful! They were knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. My mother and I declared them all HERO'S!!!!! We are greatful. Sadly I didn't get there names but this is a great place to go for anything you need for your home!”

“Being a girl during the time we are in, I usually dread going into “manly” stores. A couple days ago I went into my local Lowe’s to get some supplies for my newest project. I needed a smaller bit of lumber, new outlet covers, light switch covers, and to take my stroll throughout the succulent section. I walked and grabbed my basket and I was greeted by one of the store associates, Jennifer Lott. She was kind, respectful, well-mannered. “This is a family owned store that has several area locations - of which I think this is the newest. They carry building supplies and all you need for neighborhood projects to big building projects, The folks are friendly and the prices are pretty good actually! They are community minded and do a lot to serve the underprivileged in the area. I appreciate their business and the way they do business!”
