“Went to get a few things needed to swap a gas water heater for an electric heater at home, found t. Breaker, wire, shark bites errything I needed with plenty of knowledgeable help from t. Employee in that area. Even t. Cashier Shaylyn was friendly and efficient.”

“Today my mother and I had been to Lowe's and Home Depot we had asked for help with a shower enclosure needed immediately that was an odd size. We were told both places to go online and order it there. We went to Home Outlet that I stumbled upon on Google and we thought we would try again.....one last time pretty defeated. When we walked in the door we were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman that asked how he could help us and we told him. He said to give him a moment and went and spoke to the other gentlemen working and they walked us to what we needed in less than a minute and a half. We couldn't be more greatful! They were knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. My mother and I declared them all HERO'S!!!!! We are greatful. Sadly I didn't get there names but this is a great place to go for anything you need for your home!”
“Joe is one of the managers for this location and today I came in to see if he could help in a dire situation and help make a new key for my toolbox at work however after getting there he took the time to explain that they can rekey certain locks and we tried and failed and Joe went above and beyond and was able to source me a new lock which they only had one of and get me back up and going with a included spare key and I am shocked for he has been a straight shooter and has been nothing but professional and a big help I will definitely be coming here more often thank you sir for the guidance and education on keys and locks”

They had some really great ideas that we will use in making our project for our sons wedding. Everyone is always so nice when we go in and eager to help when needed.”
“Darragh Ft Smith is the most helpful company in town for tools and supplies. They are very knowledgeable and quick to respond. You just have to make one phone call to them, unlike other companies that you have to stay on them to get what you need. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you haven’t tried them, I highly recommend that you give them a shot.”

“If you're delivering here you'll either have to back in from waldron rd if there is no traffic or go all around and go through the alley. There is a barrier gate but you can easy push it open, just make sure you close it once you pass it.”

He was just full of excellent customer service. I frequently go to another store, but now I will get all of my supplies here. Also, the store and restrooms are very clean, unlike at their nearest competitor in Fort Smith where I have actually seen mice!”

Needed help and was sent to the pro area, I told her I wouldn't get help there, I have tried 3 times beforethru the year, but if you put pro in front of a person's name, you better look like you could afford to get their help. Of course I gave up and bought what I had but went elsewhere for anything else. I will still shop there but asking for help you need to look like you can afford it.”
