“A good place to find what you are looking for. Leather working, they have tools for that, plumbing, tools for that, want make a welded wire frame, change a motorcycle tire, they have the tools for that.”
“Matthew has always been sent to repair my appliances. He is not only polite and professional, but he is also very knowledgeable and comes with a solution with whatever the problem is.”
“If you need help in this store, Conner is the young man you need to see. Not only does he know where everything is, he is so very kind, goes out of his way to make your experience great, and clearly has a tremendous work ethic. Whatever they are paying him, isn’t enough.”
“I have to give a huge shout out to John K. He went above and beyond helping me get a sink tonight. There was one sink that my best friend has wanted for awhile and I wanted to get it for her for Christmas. Well there was no more in stock of this sink at this location and instead of making/having me drive to Little Rock tomorrow when they already have limited stock (and apparently will not be getting anymore in stock again), he climbed up a ladder and let me take home the display. After hearing it would be a gift he did not hesitate to help me. I went ahead and gave it to my best friend tonight because I’m not the type of person that can wait! And she loves it! Thank you again John K! Hope you have a Merry Christmas and happy new year!!”

“We recently purchased flooring and countertops from Home Outlet for our home renovation and had such a great experience! The store manager, Lydia, was friendly and so helpful. She definitely knows her stuff and you can tell she genuinely cares about customers. She took the time to answer our questions and help us find what we needed without making us feel rushed or pressured. Mike was also a huge help and never hesitated to jump in and help get whatever we needed. You can tell the team work is top tier. It’s nice to shop somewhere with people who genuinely seem to care about helping their customers. We’ll definitely be back for future projects!”
