There was an older man that answered the phone that talked me through some of what I already knew but he didn't get defensive when I posed the question if it could have been related.”

“I have been a customer at Grizzle's for about 5 years now. I am 75, female, with no one close enough to help me.
I've been in there at least three times with concerns about my car, like a clicking sound, grinding breaks and such.
They could have told me I need new break pads, roters, or something in the moter that is causing the knocking sound.
They throughly check my car. Each time it was nothing for me to be concerned about. They assure me that it is alright, safe to drive, and not to worry. They have never charged me a cent for checking it, although the mechanic spent his time on it. They absorbed the cost.
Folks, esp. Ladies that are alone like me that know nothing at all about cars, please take your business here.
They treat you like family. Like mom needs her car fixed, get on it now! Also, they do 1st there 1st serve, so you don't have to wait days for your appointment.

“Had a new engine put in from a shop in Winslow. Had problems from day one but they said they couldn't find anything wrong. Took it to several other shops and they wanted to put a new transmission in. Took it to Robert's in Mountainburg. Young man listened to my jeep and told me what he thought it might be and referred me to Bill's Transmission. I am from Indiana visiting. I took it to Bill's and explained the problem. I left it with them. They kept me informed on progress. It took a while but these guys worked until they found the problem. I am beyond pleased with the outcome. Very reasonable on price. Treated with respect and couldn't be more happy with there service. Thank you Bill's Transmission.”
“I want to think the mobile tech Dillon for going above and beyond yesterday to get me fixed and off of the side of I-49. I originally called Peterbilt of Lowell and they said I needed to have it towed to their shop because it was a big job and it couldn't be fixed on the side of the road. Dillon said he had the part and could be to me in no time. This was late in the afternoon in Rogers Arkansas. he drove an hour to fix my truck and once he got there he had it fixed in 15 minutes. Just an all around good dude with a great attitude. Thanks again.”
“My 20 month old son and I had to make a stop to get a tire patched. The gentleman at the garage was super nice and got us right in. He escorted us to the office and went through the trouble of making sure my son was occupied with a movie (Cars, of course!) The mechanic worked quickly and we were in and out in no time. “Joe was very helpful. The agency who had my car impounded, kept my registration and proof of insurance, which is needed to get your car back. Fortunately, I still had the documents from my former state, as I just moved here. He accepted those as my proof of ownership and allowed me to re-aquire my car. If not, it would have been another $50 a day X 2 days and would have cost me another $100 bones on top of the rest of the charges. Very decent of him. Btw, he's got a great old dog. “B & A Precision Engine Rebuilders Review
Several months after locating a fresh set of Vortec heads at B & A Precision Engine Rebuilders. I talked to Aaron about getting my 350 block ready to build. It was too far gone. He had one bored and ready I purchased on the spot. After going through the parts I needed. I asked Aaron if he would assemble the short block for me. Which I have very little experience and was uncomfortable in assembling. He had it ready before I knew at a great price. Aaron took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything and his process. He also did more work than we had agreed about and didn't charge me anything extra. Great work and great to work with. Would recommend any time. Can’t wait to drop it in , finish and get’er on the road.
