“I went to Rent One in Malvern and was greeted with a very patient, knowledgeable and friendly staff. After trying out several living room sets, I decided on one and set it up for delivery. Unfortunately, after getting it delivered, there was just something I wasn’t happy with on the sectional. I called Rent One and they sent someone out to check on it immediately. After having the set for about a week, I still wasn’t happy. I went back to Rent One and again, was greeted with very friendly, helpful staff even though they knew I was exchanging my set. They walked around with me very patiently answering all of my questions while I “tried out” every sofa in the store. After I settled on a new set, the staff handled the exchange flawlessly. I would definitely recommend using Rent One for your furniture needs. They have a dining room table I would love to have! Thank you Rent One!”
