“I only encountered one issue during my stop. Tap to Pay seems to be down, atleast at the pumps. It works fine inside, but it’s a lot more convenient to be able to use it at the pump, especially during winter. That’s the only thing that’s keeping me from giving 5 stars.”

“Susie in the pharmacy on E. Grand in Hot Springs AR. went above and beyond for me today and my father. The medicine prescribed to him was over $800, she used the Walgreens app to find it for $246, that was great. However she did not stop there. The medicine was generic and she found out his insurance would pay most of the cost of the name brand. The cost went down to only $47! Thank you again Susie great customer service.”

“The store is very convenient and safe. I want to brag on Isaac who helped me out with my photos today. I had a couple pictures where the heads were cut off, probably my fault, Isaac still let me reprint the photos at no extra cost. I am super grateful! This is great customer service!”

Outstanding selection of freshly prepared deli sandwiches, made with care, Hot pulled pork sandwiches consitent in quality and Service, not only to their customers, but to the community in which their store resides.Large variety of beverages, including wines and beer. They are friends to the poor and needy they're considerate to their customers, going the extra mile in both hospitality and courteousness. I'm very proud of them. “Super nice cashier and have dog treats for your dogs. They have a wide variety of little snacks and chargers and whatnot so a great quick stop to grab last minute items or a late snack. They are very pricey though, I guess because it's a convenience store in a tourist town. Also their music is very loud outside of the store”

“Yay!! CVS in Hot Springs has a batch of Novovax 2024-2025 Covid vaccines! Just walked in to get mine.
If the CVS phone tree was as helpful as the pharmacy staff is in person, what a wonderful world it would be. I called three times and could never get a live human on the line to answer whether Novovax is in stock. It took three trips to the drive through to find out. We have enough barriers already. Please do better.”
